It's CheapShow biggest show to date and it's packed with amazing/frightening music, littered with celebrity judges and full of disastrous calamities. Yes, it's Urinevision 2021, the best and only international podcast song contest in the world… As far as we know, we haven't checked. In this epic 3 hour adventure, you'll hear 13 weird and wonderful songs, sent in to Cheapshow by our global audience. We received over 70 entries and whittled them down to these final 13 tracks. Before we hand over to the judges for the all important votes, Paul and Eli take you to the Country Urban Noodle Test Lab Kitchen for a Europop flavoured noodle pimping! There is also a brand new song from last year's winner, Chris Weatherill which is sure to please. Finally, the judges. We have found some of the best funny people in an attempt to grade the tracks. We have Nick Helm, Ria Lina, Ashley Storrie, John Rutledge (Eggsy, GLC), Brian Wecht, Ethan Lawrence, Imran Yusuf, Sooz Kempner, Stuart Ashen, Tom Mayhew, Gareth Berliner & Paul Putner. We are spoilt for talent. Those poor idiots. Joined by Mr Biffo (Paul Rose) and fair-weather co-host Ash Frith, the night spirals into catastrophe with arguments, allergic reactions and possibly death. Typical.

CheapShow wraps up its November month of very special episodes with a live show recorded as part of the Cheerful Earful Podcast Festival on November 4th at the Streatham Space Project, South London.
What happens when the vulgar, explosive nonsense of CheapShow teams up with the unnerving silliness of Digitiser? If you want to find out, listen to this episode of the economy comedy podcast! In 60 minutes, Paul, Eli, Mr Biffo and Sanja will take you on a random, hectic and damn near shambolic live show that just about gets across the finish line. Paul and Eli are still a little jetlagged from their Los Angeles adventure and bring some culinary leftovers from their trip. What American snacks will fail to pass muster and which will win over our stern judges? They also decide to give Mr Biffo a taste of The “Is It Mayo?” game and the outcome is one that causes Eli to leave the stage to go to the toilet. The grand finale of this week’s episode is the premiere performance of Beanus’ new play. It’s a production that tells you the REAL genesis of his story and isn’t deeply troubling AT ALL! Join us for the (not so) greatest show on Earth!

Ep 360 Cheapitiser (Live)

It’s another week of American snacks as Eli brings more sweet treats to the table. How will the Cosmos Oreos, Hostess Orange Cupcakes and Dr Pepper Peeps go down? More importantly, what exactly do Horse flavoured fried bread taste like? Paul and Eli are going to find out. There are some musical curios to listen to this week, and in a change from the norm, Paul is bringing the vinyl record goodness instead. There is a fascinating dive in the life of radio presenter and “soul singer” Steve Walsh and we also find out what a disco hit designed to entice Burnley Building Society customers sounds like… Especially when you consider who wrote the lyrics! Sadly, the addition of music to the show means another appearance from Trackbot and he still being defiled by anyone and everyone! It’s all very sticky business.

Ep 379: Expressionate Men

It’s common on CheapShow that we’ll have to look at the genesis of a very popular (or obscure) brand and often run straight to the arms of Wikipedia. Well, no more! In this week’s episode, Paul’s found a book called “How It All Began” that gives the potted history of some of the world’s most popular brands. There’s way too much to cover in one episode, so the cheap chaps pick a page each and find out more about the birth of plasticine and Y Fronts. Yes, Y Fronts! It’s a book that may come in handy in the future. Gannon’s Golden Games returns with a board game based on a reasonably recent ITV show that Paul & Eli have never heard of, nor care much for. However, it leads to one of the most exciting, twisty and thrilling games in the pod’s history. As if all that wasn’t enough, Graxton Industries have challenged CheapShow to create an event for sponsorship in the near future, but will their eventual plan be any good? Only time will tell. Also… Can Eli PLEASE stop grabbing his crotch, please?!

Ep 380: Brand Aide

Oh Muvva! This week’s episode of CheapShow is a brain melting, word gargling, logic defying audio adventure into the madness of Paul and Eli. Eli is excited to showcase another Noodle Pot Blitz with a wide range of favours and gimmicks. Some will delight and some will disgust, but they will ALL be judged by the world’s best noodle opinionators. Elsewhere in the podcast, CheapShow “scholar” Ivenne has sent the Cheap Chaps another Price of Shite package, packed with an assortment of weird and woeful items. Sadly, this leads to one of CheapShow biggest s*** shows. It also doesn’t help that Paul and Eli are running on fumes and you know what that means for the actual comedy content of this episode… It’s going to get weird.

Eli gives more blunt opinions on the week's news, wants to spank women and drink vodka for Easter, gets pissed off with Gingerbread, tells us one too many stories about his vomiting adventures, gets fed like a big hairy baby, admits to sucking off tramps, has a piss poor Tales from the Dance Floor story to tell and considers his opinions on nuts the most authoritative in the world.

Ep 4: Stuart Ashens Eats Sponch

We promise, we will never talk about Russ Abbott's singing career again. Mostly because we have run out of stuff to criticise! In Episode 70 we take one last dip into the world of cheesy light entertainment music and discover a long long Abbott "classic". We also find something MUCH worse. A rare vinyl single. Introduced by "rumoured human" Noel (Tidy Beard) Edmonds. It's not good.
Elsewhere in everyone's favourite economy comedy podcast, Paul & Eli argue over more Tales from the Dancefloor, Paul sounds like he is giving up and Eli decides to do something filthy to make things worse!
It's not all grime, as Eli takes us once more into his Country Noodle Kitchen and rates, tastes and reviews some "cup noodles" from a range of leading, and not so leading, brands.
Will Paul join in? Or will he just decide to do a pretty poor impression of Eli doing his old stand up routine? We think you already know the answer to that one!

Mr Biffo shares with us his memories of early gaming romances, childhood shoplifting and a truly awful Bruce Forsyth impression. Finally, Gannon tries to craft his own "Platter" involving 90s pop music and Nintendo gaming, but quickly gets side tracked by Dale Winton... and his one attempt at building an exciting new game for the show ends in possibly one of the most disgusting finales CheapShow has ever seen... well... heard! Hold on tight, this one gets messy!

It all sounds rather jolly, doesn't it? Well, that's because we aren't telling you about Eli's constant mental breakdowns this episode. We are also forgetting to mention the part of the show when Paul turns cheap eats into an awful pun based quiz show... Or the constant "start agains" that litter this episode.
