Quizzik has been a DJ/producer since 2002, when he got selected for the Red Bull Music Academy for his IDM/electro works. Since then he's been very versatile in the music world, ranging from theater/film soundtrack composing to DJing, organizing parties, producing music on genres like synthwave, as his newly created alias @LostTapesof88, and also indie dance as half of the duo @deltafoxx — which played live in the US & Brazil and made a bit of a buzz between 2011 and 2018 on media outputs like Les Inrockuptibles (FR), Dancing Astronaut and Impose Magazine (NY) for its tracks and remixes released on imprints such as Electronic Rumors (UK), Epidemic House Music (SWE), Brazilian Disco Club via THUMP/VICE and Crunchy Music (BR).

Since 2021 he's returned to his electro/IDM roots with a remix for fellow Brazilian experimental producer ^L_ (@luis-fernando-78) through Berlin label @Antime_music, two releases (a single and an EP) via the avant-garde imprint @6-plusten-records, a special track for the RESIST compilation (organized by the Braindance Commune and the IDM Community) and a remix for @Meduna, which were supported by radio shows such as the celebrated Austrian FM4 La Boum De Luxe hosted by Sebastian Schlachter & Patrick Pulsinger, Manchester's Reform Radio Lift Music program by DJ Tukatz and Parisian radio Station Station's DLD by Denver's Little Brother and channels like XLR8R, HATELab, Les Yeux Orange, Tracklistings and respected IDM oriented media Igloo Magazine.

In 2024, he released two synthwave albums as @LostTapesof88.

Desde então ele tem sido bem versátil no mundo da música, abrangendo desde a composição de trilhas sonoras para teatro e cinema a discotecagens, organização de festas, produção de música em gêneros como synthwave, através do codinome @LostTapesof88, e também de indie dance como metade do duo @deltafoxx — que tocou no SXSW e em outros festivais/festas pelo Brasil e fez um burburinho entre 2011 e 2018 em mídias internacionais como a seminal revista francesa Les Inrockuptibles, a Impose Magazine de NY, o blog Dancing Astronaut, dentre outros, com os lançamentos de seus singles e remixes por selos como o inglês Electronic Rumors, o sueco Epidemic House Music, o Brazilian Disco Club via THUMP/VICE e a Crunchy Music.

Desde 2021 ele retornou às raízes electro/IDM com um remix para o amigo ^L_ pelo selo ANTIME de Berlim, dois lançamentos (um single e um EP pelo selo @6-plusten-records, uma track especial para a compilação RESIST (organizada pela Braindance Commune e a IDM Community) e um remix para o @Meduna, que receberam suporte de shows de rádio como o celebrado FM4 La Boum De Luxe, de Vienna, sob o comando de Sebastian Schlachter & Patrick Pulsinger, o Lift Music da Reform Radio de Manchester, da DJ Tukatz e o parisiense DLD, da radio Station Station, tocado por Denver's Little Brother e canais como XLR8R, HATELab, Les Yeux Orange, Tracklistings e a respeitada mídia dedicada ao IDM chamada Igloo Magazine.

At the fresh age of 14, Chew Lay had a life changing experience at the height of the Old Skool and Jungle era (‘95-‘97) during a party at The Manor in Bournemouth. Blinded by the rush of his first ever rave, he knew from that moment onwards, he had to become a part of the growing jungle scene!

In 1999 he started his music career DJ-ing D’n’B which gave him a deeper understanding of the music scene and led him to explore his hidden talents of creating his own sounds and into the world of production. 

His sound has continued to change and evolve alongside his own personal growth and evolution journey which has come with its challenges and creativity blocks over the years and resulted in many unfinished tracks. But this time also allowed him to play around with producing different genres and figure out the direction he wanted his music to progress in. 

Fast forward to 2021 after a couple of years’ hiatus from production, Chew got inspired by his love for Melodic Breakbeat and House Music and with a fresh perspective and new wave of energy, he created and completed 12 tracks, each one with a totally unique sound and vibe! 

Chew is dedicated to creating tracks for the awakening masses that are up-lifting and euphoric but that also assist in the the evolution of human consciousness with his soon to be released meditation tracks.

Manchild AKA Daz 'Manchild' Smith is a Greater Manchester based DJ with house music in its various guises flowing through his veins. Born and bred in Oldham, he has been hooked on music from the moment his Mum squirted him out and his style is almost impossible to pigeon hole due to him playing what he wants. Comfortable playing at any time; whether that be warmup, peak, closing time or sexy time, all the Manchild cares about is that the crowd have the most untold time. 

After only getting back into DJing in mid-2019 after a very long absence and a lot of catching up to do, both musically and with getting himself back up to speed with the latest DJ technology, he fell back in love with the progressive sound all over again and quickly became resident of Manchester brand 'Up Close and Personal Mcr' after catching the eye of promoter Andy Holdsworth. 

Whilst also indulging in breaks, melodic techno, indie dance, house, trance, power ballads and more, Manchild's versatility allows him to flit seamlessly between all of the above. 

Since late 2019 alone, he has regularly played with the likes of James Zabiela, John Digweed, Sasha, Nick Warren, Cristoph, Anthony Pappa, Jody Wisternoff (numerous times), Patrice Bäumel, Marsh, Nox Vahn, Jeremy Olander, Sébastien Léger, Roy Rosenfeld, Tim Green, Cosmic Gate, Grum, John 00 Fleming, Richie Blacker, Mr Sosa, Estiva, Boxer, Trilucid, My Friend, Fehrplay, Cream, Marcus James (Renaissance), Dave Pearce, Diode Eins, Tommy Farrow, John Kelly, Dave Beer, Asch Pintura, Redfreya and many more at venues such as London's Studio 338, Ministry of Sound, EGG, the Steel Yard; Manchester's Progress, Stage & Radio, and not to mention his many appearances at his favourite venue - Joshua Brooks'. 

With his own night 'You Think You Know Me' in the pipeline, there is plenty more to come from the Manchild hun.
