Escaping From Reality - Mixed From Side Liner

Ovnimoon is psy progressive project created by Hector Stuardo, born in Santiago de Chile in 1979, one of the most famous trance projects in South America and one of the great exponents of the new Progressive Psytrance style today. The story begins in the years 96-97 when as a DJ in his homeland under alias Vichop , participating on raves partys. In 2001 he decided to begin experimenting with his own songs and soon after, he performed on his first festival Earth dance in Chile. Making one of his first performances under its new name Ovnimoon project, which in those years, was more compositions in morning psytrance style . After showing his music to the Chilean scene of those years, he decided to try his luck with sending demos to some labels where he believed he could work his music.. His first track "KantuM" was released for "Synergetic Records" in december 2003. After this, Hector continues to work with the same label, editing some chill out songs, and then compiled the second version of the disc "Energetic vol. 2 Compiled by Ovnimoon" for which he produced 2 tracks and remix. On April 2006, he releasesd his debut album, called "Camanchaca. One year later, on April 2007, with a new sound and with new approach,he released his second album called "Human Spirit". The album shows a stronger sound and become more distinctive, with a great sales success. Several tracks on this album were re-edited on several collections of major labels such as: Yellow Sunshine Explosion & Ministry Of Sound. In 2008, Ovnimoon published third album called "Family of Light" with which he had great success .. His last released work was a complete change. Changing label and style. On August 2009, Ovnimoon launches 4th album called "Geometric Poetry" under the German label Iono music. Geometric Poetry rapidly achieved bestseller in the stores like Saikosounds and Psyshop, reaching 1 on both stores at once by more than one week. Hector has participated in several important events in his country, being considered an ambassador of Chilean trance music, a great artist and creator. Playing in venues like Earthdance Chile, Chile Love Parade, Monte Mapu Festival and endless festivals throughout his hometown "Santiago". Creating compilations for labels such us: Synergetic records, Geomagnetic records, Goa records. He has participated in compilations for labels like: Magma , Iboga, Spliff Music, In grooves, Future Lovers, Geomagnetic, Ministry of Sound, Leguan, YSE, Ajana, Revolver Magazine, Freeze Magazine, Moonsun rec, Kagdila, Usta, Hadra records, Groove Control, Joof Records and prepares to edit in Solartech, Aleph Zero, Dharmaharmony and Sony Music Germany. In 2010 Hector launches his own label called "Ovnimoon records" where with the support of his friend Dr Spook, plan out new compilations. Ovnimoon is no doubt an artist who will never stops to growing and constantly evolving, increasingly improving his own production, his sound and quality. Believing in what he does.

Flembaz are a Portuguese electronic music duo from Portugal composed of João Bandarra and Pedro Artur.
Their primary focus is to release danceable electronic music with organic and progressive influences, and have been doing so since 2011. With four full-length albums, eight EPs and numerous singles released, they stand as one of the most prolific electronic music duos around the scene.

The duo played music around Europe in festivals such as Boom Festival, Chillout Planet, and Green Vibrations. They have released mostly under their label Blind Arc, but also in other respected labels of the genre such as Traum Schallplatten, Horns and Hoofs Entertainment, Techgnosis Records, Bonzai and Digital Diamonds.

Together they showcase a full live act of original material for the day and night, the club and festival.

A warm welcome to Ascent aka Bojan Stojiljkovic for his first psychill/chillgressive full-length album on Altar!

After his successful debut album released in 2013 titled "Secret Place" on Ovnimoon Records, Ascent started to release many tracks on well known labels such as Iono, Tesseract, Dacru, Phoenix Groove and became a pillar in BMSS psytrance family.
In 2019 Bojan opened his own record label "Progg'NRoll" together with his family.
The psytrance project make a pause at the end of 2019, where he started focusing on chill-out music production in the beautiful nature of Serbia along with his wife Mina (Tmina) and his brother Branko (Argus). You might have already seen his name along Argus productions on Altar Records lately. Their "Daylight Again" album is already a classic in the chill-out section of Altar.

Ascent sound can be described as Progressive Chill (Chillgressive), atmospheric, driven by unique melodies of his craft, emotional harmonies and ethnic vocals.

About
It all started in 1998 with the P2P platform Audiogalaxy and our Goatrance group DEEP-GOA Club (Switzerland). There we discovered, released and shared countless albums with our 800 group members.

After the shutdown of Audiogalaxy, we had a short stay in Soulseek 2003-2004, then we discovered P2P Direct Connect, where we could build & connect several international PtokaX hubs http://www.ptokax.org/ (located in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland) to a P2P network. The DSNETWORK (Deep Space Network, based on the NASA programme) was born.

At the peak of the DSNetwork, we had around 3,000 people connected to our network every day. And again we shared TBs of music.

Due to the technical complexity (LUA scripts, multichat, hub rules, hardware, etc.) and the emergence of new platforms such as MySpace, SoundCloud and other streaming services, new technologies such as smartphones, etc., the Direct Connect DSNETWORK slowly disintegrated.

And we got older too.

In 2007 we started our project on Wordpress called DEEPGOAs electronic sessions. Preparing and creating a daily global guide to electronic music (DJ sets & mixes, promos, news and creative commons netlabel releases) was a challenge that lasted until mid-2010. (After more than 5.5 million visitors, about 13'000 daily visitors, Wordpress was not amused :) https://deepgoa.wordpress.com is dead.

Today it's quieter... but we're still alive.
