Loch Kelly, M.Div., LCSW, is a meditation teacher, licensed psychotherapist, creator of a mobile meditation program and author of two award-winning books. A graduate of Columbia University, he studied with world renowned meditation teachers in Sri Lanka, India and Nepal and is affiliated with Adyashanti. He has collaborated with neuroscientists at Yale, UPenn and NYU to study how awareness training can enhance compassion, and founded the nonprofit Effortless Mindfulness Institute.

My name is anth lowther. I'm 45 and i love life so much. i love everything i do in my life , or i wouldn't do it. 
One of which has been DJing and getting deep into music, the super effective medium which to carry a message. 

Music i think it's a vibration that can affect our energy centres in our body and stir senses, memories and emotions. It affects our mind, body and spirit.
