To introduce his mix he provided a small text: 
"It was meant to be a recovery day — quiet, healing. But the weight came back, heavier than before. Each time I stood, something pulled me down again. The hours blurred, full of silence, setbacks, and slow breaths.
Still, I kept trying — not out of hope, but habit. And somehow, in the end, I was on my feet. Not strong. Not whole. Just standing. And maybe, for today, that was enough." 

This unique selection, from mindfulness to ambient sections, developes further to minimal patterns and comes with deepness.

I don't know, if this album title is related to the fact, that the upper world is a term from some shamanistic traditions, which is meant as a place of wisdom, love, healing and compassion. It is a place where we can get a bigger perspective on hurt and tuff experiences. ..we hurt and get hurt. and hurt others as well. thats life. but we learn through that. no matter what.

I’ve always had deep appreciation for him, not only because of his artistry but also because I was fortunate to have a couple of my own mixes shared on his channel. Those moments gave me the motivation to keep pushing forward, and I’ll never forget the support.
