I've always loved the original version of this song.  I can remember being enthralled at the robots that were used in the video...and that this man had a sound that was well ahead of his time. So I set out to create an anthem of sorts, something that would make you wanna jump up and down to. I took the highly recognisable synth riff that everyone identifies this with out, and instead made the hook the scratching which Grandmaster DST dropped in the track. I hope you guys enjoy it too. "Corey" Stuart Powell is a musician, producer, vocalist, songwriter and DJ originally from eastern NC. From 2002-2014 NYC was his home and he took the vast amount of musical diversity coming out of it and applied it at one point or another within his material.
