I've always loved the original version of this song.  I can remember being enthralled at the robots that were used in the video...and that this man had a sound that was well ahead of his time. So I set out to create an anthem of sorts, something that would make you wanna jump up and down to. I took the highly recognisable synth riff that everyone identifies this with out, and instead made the hook the scratching which Grandmaster DST dropped in the track. I hope you guys enjoy it too. "Corey" Stuart Powell is a musician, producer, vocalist, songwriter and DJ originally from eastern NC. From 2002-2014 NYC was his home and he took the vast amount of musical diversity coming out of it and applied it at one point or another within his material. Presently he is in Wildwood NJ, slowly injecting his style into the summer beach vibe. He is available for remix projects, both mainstream and independent.
