Pedro Piedra - Vacaciones en el más allá - Manu Ela RMX

Canto Rodado is a type of stone that has been worn smooth by erosion; or even moved to another place by a river or glacier. One of those that can be found near a lake or in the middle of a desert.
In her recordings of acoustic instruments like a very old Piano, a nylon-string guitar, a trumpet and a Tibetan bowl ideas become their own subject, striving for their very own uniqueness. Like in a dialectic process the recordings took their own identity, searching for their uniqueness, rather that merely supporting.
Structures erode and eventually become something new.

Time will be the water that shapes noises to become melodies.

As always, we fundraise with this release for our social partner @Love-foundation and we introduce you to the artist Hugo aka Pelikaan, by asking him three questions.

What is love for you? I'm the father of a 3yo little girl, so when I think about the love she's the first thing that springs to mind!
Love is the ultimate necessity to give without needing a return. Giving love to others around us is the most generous act we are capable of, while receiving love is what makes us bloom. I would have never made this EP without the love and support of the love of my life, my partner in crime, my best friend: my beautiful wife who pushed me to share the music I had inside of me with the world.

What's the closest thing to real magic for you? We all experience magic every day as the driving force that binds the universe together. I became Buddhist a few years ago which gave me a way to connect to that energy. With this in hand, you can overcome any obstacle in your life and you become the only architect of your happiness and one of the people around you. It doesn't beat Dr Strange but we're not too far off.

What's the most useless talent you have? I can make my eyes tremble. Don't ask me how, I just can. Yes, I know it's creepy.

Dragon, too, looked at the U- shaped bridge, with its fragile ropes. “I cannot fit on it,” he said, “and I doubt it will bear my weight.” “Well,” she said, “maybe it is magic, like the thread. Try.” Dragon put one foot onto the rope bridge. But as the rope felt his mass, it groaned and the bamboo stakes began to tear out of the ground. Hurriedly, Dragon stepped off. “I think,” Dragon said slowly, “I am not destined to see the Old Man of the Moon.” Tlazohtla just wanna give good vibes to the people. This is his second offering for Shango Records. These tracks can make you dance and dream of the silver Moon. Theo Gramal and Jonajosu enjoy their time in the gardens of Eden.
