Production details only for nerds: Mainly produced with old Beatles Instruments like Mrs Mills Piano or Mellotron, using Wave's Abbey Roads Studio Line Plugins (love the Reverb Plates) a Behringer Odyssey and a Behringer MS 20 clone . Vocals captured with an Aston Microphones Origin in a Marantz Pro Sound Shield using an ART MPA II tube preamp; recorded in Cubase 13 through a Soundcraft UI24R. Dimension D?  And, ahhh come on that's really not so interesting ..

Processing real, tuned chimes played live on tape and a bass flute patch (Falcon) with the Synestia preset “Chime Enhancer“ from the expansion Tension for Synestia, available on patchpool.net, automating some of the installed Synestia Macros and volume of the dry signals in Logic. Demo starts dry, then the Synestia signal fades in.

Frozen Motion In Time

Starting with the Neutron (with a bit of S&H on the delay time and FREQ MOD), some Digitakt samples come along. Then the Erebus delivers a nice bass. After that more samples and a simple Vermona Lancet sequence come along. A bit of Model D is following and after that some Kawai K4, Microkorg. Also the Teisco 60F, CS1X and JP-8000+Streichfett deliver some strings. All one take, recorded on the Zoom R24 with some F(X)riends.

Interzone Dreams

I normally make more ambient/berlin-school music nowadays. The "pitfall" is I sometimes add drums... I almost always remove those again, but get lost in it sometimes. Now and then only the drums remain though and I have a lot of fun thinking of the days I went to techno/trance/psychedelic  parties. Anyway, this was going on on my Digitakt this week. I almost get rid of it but then saw the challenge... So I thought to give it a go. One take track without too much thinking :-) Just go with the flow!
