Yeah exactly. The delivery works fine with the synth. Esp the counterpoint. "With her hair undone and her eyes that will not close." I think the phrasing was a tiny bit rushed at 1:10. The phrasing at 1:!55 was on point. It's a very good song. The harmonies are lovely. The bass tone I really like too

This is a chill vibe. I like the varying emphasis on the phrases. Synths are magical too.

Oh! What a Delightful Treat
To hear the Chatter of the Parakeet!

When nestling in trees with Leaves of Green,
The Parakeets are not likely to be Seen.

Their constant Chattering causes such a Commotion,
Passers-by look-on with Joyful Emotion!

A Cluster of Green Catches everyone’s Eye
As the Parakeets Fly in Mass Across The Sky.

Indeed these, not so Little, Birds of Green,
Make their presence known with quite a Scene.

I went into the church the other day and i knelt down at the back of Church and began to pray to God to help me with a few problems that were out of my control, i prayed for the strength to except the things i cannot change, to change the things i can and for the wisdom to known the difference. I prayed for my Children for happiness for them and their children and for forgiveness for all those who need it. I also prayed for the Lord to shine his light on all the dark places in the world that are at War, for peace and help for all the starving people in  the world. I hope he was listening. 
As i prayed this song came to me, its not a very serious song but i think it has a great soul. :-)

BIO: I started writing songs in high school (1969-1973!) and I've pretty much never stopped. These are mostly solo recording projects (my brother, Fog City Fogey, contributes sometimes).
