Shaping and crafting her distinguished sound over the decade, whether it’s either the powerful heavy-infused techno or meaningful sense-related, aetherial and abundant with sound-design elements melodic works, 8Kays strives for freshness in her productions; yet aims to make a difference with her music at the same time.
With the grade of releases on the renowned Afterlife label by Tale Of Us, John Digweed’s Bedrock Records and Berlin-based niche and exemplary underground Watergate imprint, 8Kays firm creative vision looks far to explore new intriguing horizons ahead.
Having played geographically rich tours, which include the biggest notable festivals and clubs along multiple continents worldwide, she is eager to innovate, create and evoke her bursting energy into the sound, which was and remains the main core of 8Kays’ motto and lust to the neverending musical landscapes of her profound artistry.

When a label carries the same name as the artist behind it, you can already assume artistically synchronized expressionism. This is the case for Dimitri Schnider, alias Definition and his label of the same name. Definition himself has been busy composing electronic music since 2009, and standing behind the decks since ’07. However, it all started with a drum set - the rhythm of which flows unbridled in his veins.

Definition is calls himself neither producer nor label owner nor DJ. He is all in one. This three-in-one combination manifests itself undeniably in his music. He relies on harmony, a music that is round in itself and at the same time knows no boundaries. If you enjoy your music, you embark on a journey without limits – precisely which definition, as its name predicts, is defined for the listener.

This is not the only factor in making a name for himself over the years as DJ, Producer and Label Owner - in diverse clubs, well-known labels and top artists on his label. It is also due his special characteristic to - despite his success - stay firmly grounded. Unless he’s making music, then he really takes off.

Few labels have established themselves as solidly and definitively as Matthias Tanzmann and André Quaas’ Moon Harbour. Since the turn of the millennium it has been a bastion of deep and tech house quality that has not moved with the times, but has defined them ahead of trend. Through a carefully curated series of EPs and LPs, the label has fomented its own close-knit family that expands and contracts with careful consideration.
