NYC based MC Capt Malik Work (Nublu / Real Live Show / Nickodemus) meets Brooklyn / London - based guitarist / producer D.Fenda aka Dan Waldman (MdCL / Duval Project / Soul Understated).

The collaboration began when Dan joined Malik's band 'The Real Live Show', and continued with live performances in NYC featuring artists such as Kim Thompson (Beyonce), Nate Jones (Mary J Blige), Ray Angry (D'Angelo), Cory Bernard (Bilal) and Daru Jones (Talib Kweli).
Malik heard some of Dan's beats and the project went from there.

The forthcoming album 'Blame the Messenger', featuring Malik's lyrics and Dan's beats is being released in stages
