Don Son is a Swiss music magician who is one of the key components of driving forward the record label Wildfang Music as well as developing the underground house scene within his home town of Basel. It is an absolute pleasure to have him on board and has put together a smooth hour of melodic, deep and eerie vibes for a perfect November sunset. I wanted to try and do more than just mix up a DJ set, so have created some more of my own edits with drum loops and organic sounds of the middle east blended with modern electronica into this story. 
I like to take faster tracks and slow them down and tweak the keys to bring out the vocals and instruments more for a more laidback haunting sound.
One thing I love about this genre and what I have learnt from the more established producers is the freedom to do what you want and go in what ever direction the mood takes.
I do hope I've managed to record at least some of what I feel !

Always been a fan of live instruments and melodic rhythms, both electronic and natural.
I play all kinds of house music, whether it be progressive, funky, latin, tech etc etc., but for the last couple of years I've been focussing on slowing things down (I think it comes with age!) and enjoying the music for what it is.  Now I just play for fun, so no pressure and I just listen and appreciate.
Now getting into a little producing some nice edits and hope to bring out something totally original soon :)
