I have decided to take you into my studio lair for a peak into the cobwebs, corners and hidden nooks; the very mad-house of my thinking, or at least as best I can recollect the moments of……"Song Creation". I will use a single song to highlight my process. My friends and fellow song creators may recognize strands of their own process here, however, it is understood, that song formation has no right way or wrong way. It is as individual and eclectic as art itself. That is what keeps it fun. I will keep the write-ups short but will pile them on in increments until you or I have had enough. Somewhere77’ is a London based self-taught solo artist, delivering more of a traditional song writing style with rock, acoustic, folk, country and blues influences.

2024 saw the release of the debut album “Whipped, Stripped & Almost Unplugged” which is a fully acoustic album of original songs featuring the Taylor 214CE DLX and recorded on a Boss BR80. 

Further releases have arrived and will continue to come which will be part of the next album called "The Road to Retrospection" in the near future.

Yes my vocals can be an acquired taste (this is not my day job! 😂) but I do hope that you can at least enjoy the musical melodical side of things.

With occasional assistance from long time friend and collaborator ©️CrackerJack on various tracks, both artists are proud to produce and share music with you and hope that you can find a song among what we have created.
