This album of soundscape-sound meditations was recorded over two weeks in Brentwood, CA at my parents house visiting them for the first time during these quarantine times. Each track has a different intention, enjoy this audio journal of connections and community that were all freely improvised with the feelings of the moment.

Pondering Toad (in a basket...)

After an evening of Salsa and Community making at my parents house with some of their court neighbors, we decided to have an evening outdoor sound meditation to celebrate the connection of community in these quarantine times.

Toad in a Basket is getting courted by Turtle con Flor

Sharing a beautiful evening of community with my parents neighbors. This song's intention named by Sophia is 'Calm'. She loves bouncing on the suspended chair to give the lights a bouncing effect. We enjoyed her trampoline earlier and that bouncing also inspired me throughout the song. There are many types of calm in our daily lives, lets be thankful for finding calm in those strings of moments.

Equinox Vibin'

After spending two weeks visiting my parents for the first time in 6 months, I am so grateful to find the community that they have been quarantined with in their court. The amount of community and neighborly love I experienced has filled my soul. Thank you all who have made me feel that this to is also my home.

the buzz of life through the colibri wings

This sound meditation intention is about an emotion that we are all feeling in different ways. This evening lullaby is dedicated to Sophia who voiced this feeling of 'I miss you' with you being anything that you are urning for in this prolonged isolation. Thank you again for my parents and their amazing court community for helping me feel community again.
