Calling All Astronauts continuously defy their DIY status. Their 130,000 genuine Twitter followers have pushed them to No1 on the Hypem Twitter Music Chart 
on no fewer than 5 occasions. They have a large international Blog, Webzine and Radio following too, resulting in their singles being played continuously across the globe.

No strangers to the big stage either they have played shows alongside the likes of Roger Daltrey, Echo & The Bunnymen, PWEI and A Place To Bury Strangers and have played both Guilfest and Kendal Calling Festivals.

Whilst at Musepo 14 in Los Angeles, CAA were approached to provide the soundtrack for the Movie production company Boom Op Films for their promo trailer.

Calling All Astronauts - Hands Up Who Wants Metal?

It’s been two years since Calling All Astronauts (featuring members of pop punk pioneers Caffeine, goth stalwarts The Marionettes and seminal UK rap-metalers US:UK) unleashed their debut album “Post Modern Conspiracy”. Two years that seen these London based alternative electro rockers release seven singles, gain massive radio and blog support worldwide (including BBC 6Music and XFM), build a 400,000 strong Twitter following and open for the likes of Roger Daltrey, Echo & The Bunnymen, PWEI and A Place To Bury Strangers.
 
Following a 20-month stint hard at work in their own recording studio, CAA are back, with a brand new single, “Empire” hitting all stores on November 27th. “Empire”, is the first single to be taken from their hotly anticipated second album “Anti-Social Network” (out in February 2016) has been described as what you’d get if Johnny Cash had ever duetted with Jimmy Eat World! It has already hit the Number One spot on the Hypem Twitter Music Chart. Intriguing right?

“Divisive” is the 10th single from London based Electro Goth Punks, Calling All Astronauts. It is the follow up to their Twitter Music Chart Christmas No.1 “Life As We Know It”
Taken from their “Anti-Social Network” album, Divisive has been compared to the likes of Marilyn Manson, Korn and The Prodigy with a touch of Skrillex. It’s a dance oriented protest song for the metal generation. 
2016 saw Calling All Astronauts, release their critically acclaimed send album “Anti-Social Network”, their single Empire hit #2 in the Official European Indie Chart, they’ve had three #1s in the Hype Machine Twitter Chart, they headlined the Bandstand Stage on the final night of Beautiful Days Festival and their hugely supportive Twitter following grew to over half a million.

2016 has been another fantastic year for West London Electro Punks Calling All Astronauts.
It has seen the release of their widely acclaimed second album “Anti-Social Network” Their single Empire hit #2 in the Official European Indie Chart, they’ve had two #1s in the Hype Machine Twitter Chart, they headlined the Bandstand Stage on the final night of Beautiful Days Festival. They have seen their Twitter following swell to over 500,000.
They round off the year with their ninth single, “Life As We Know It” released via Supersonic Media on Dec 23rd in which we see a more mellow, electronic side to these usually noisy rockers. The single is backed by three remixes and would you believe a “shuffle” video.
