The chakra centers are energetic vortexes within the mental / emotional / physical energy field and each chakra center relates to a different area of our lives. This sound track focuses on the Heart (the 4th Chakra) which is in the center of the chest. It is our centre of social interaction, community, friendship, spiritual and romantic love, compassion, confidence, trust, acceptance and openness.
