Really enjoyed this EP it has shades of Emperor Machine and Justin Robertson with really funky drums and big riffs!

Kernius Paravinskas, known in the electronic music world simply as Kernius, is an artist who has made a name for himself in the vibrant dance music scene. Hailing from the bustling city of Vilnius, Lithuania, he has been DJing since 2015 and co-founded the Curly Music radio show. Now, he has emerged as a producer known for his unique and captivating sounds.

Drawing inspiration from a wide range of musical genres, Kernius seamlessly blends electronic beats with addictive afro house rhythms. Each track he creates showcases his passion for crafting immersive auditory experiences, featuring sophisticated layers of synths and pulsating basslines that transport listeners to euphoric worlds.

BIO:
Beyond The Struttopshere is a sonic collaboration between two DJs channelling their considerable musical production experience and boundless love of cosmic chugging dark disco. Their debut EP ‘New Frontier’ was released on Discolypso Recordings in 2020 and found much acclaim among Andrew Weatherall and Sean Johnston’s A Love From Outer Space online fraternity, also appearing on Juan Mclean’s (DFA Records) contribution to Tim Sweeney’s Beats In Space mix series. This propelled the duo to new heights, leading to highly lauded releases on esteemed labels such as Mélopée Records, Astrolead Recordings, Discolypso, In Dark We Trust, Emerald & Doreen and X-PRESSINGS, and DJ gigs at Glastonbury’s Rabbit Hole, Secret Garden Party, Noisily Festival and Berlin’s infamous KitKat Club among many others. Beyond The Struttosphere’s music is now making sonic reverberations around the globe, hitting the dancefloors of Burning Man, House of Yes NYC, ADE, Fusion Festival, Sisyphos Berlin, and notching up remixes from notable legends of the scene including Shubostar, Rebolledo, Rigopolar, Tegel Boys, Vongold, Badknife, James Rod, Julian Sanza, Roliva, K-Effect and Mufti. The cosmonauts are frequently immersed in the studio, with live guitar now a mainstay of their productions. Their trademark sound combines fat chugging basslines with reverbed guitar riffs, syncopated arpeggiators, cosmic synths, vintage vocal samples, Italo drum fills and psychedelic 303 sequences. DJ MIGUEL RØSA - since 1991

With a solid and diversified training in Sound (ETIC’s renown “Curso Geral de Som”), his studies were made on a general basis, combining both theory and practice (Acoustics, Production, Music History, Electronics and Non-Linear Edition).

Is influenced by different music genres, from classical to jazz, pop to disco and funk music, from R&B to soul and gospel and also by ethnical and the so-called MPB (Brazilian Popular Music). His work varies within several House music types: deep, tribal, soulful, progressive, minimal, hard , garage,techno... good music are very welcome...

Has worked , both as a resident or a freelancer, in about 37clubs, namely in some of the most acquainted ones in portugal : Lux, Absoluto, Fragil, K Club (Lisbon), Kadoc (Algarve), Hit Club (Porto), Pacha (Ofir), Século 19,locomia, zip club, Hollywood, Penha Club,heaven club, kapital, kapitulo v,Green Hill,mare alta,rocks,queens... out of portugal in - belgium,italy,montenegro,slovenia,france,switzerland, ... and with some of following international top-DJ’s: Miguel Migs, David Morales, Jeff Mills, Dave Clark,frankie knuckles,satoshi tomiie,bobby dambrosio,rob di stefano Antonio Ocasio, Claudio Cocolutto, Marcelo Castelli and Juan Magan...etc
His sets have been acknowledged a bit all over the world namely for his “technical” skill,and musical choices. 

His talent was recognized in 2 different contests:
• “Dance Club” (the only Portuguese magazine in the field) as “Best House DJ”;
• “Antena 3” (national radio station), winning with his House set.

Miguel Rosa works with cds & vinyl and bases his sets deep House music to techno, but influenced by the already mentioned music genres, . 

His distinctive mark is on the combination of music influences. His unique way to drive the dance-floor is also very well-admired. The sound Miguel Rosa plays is powerful and of high-quality.

Being a pioneer in his Region, has allowed locals to learn the ‘beauty’ of dance music, changing their conventional taste.
Nowadays, is recognized for the hard work developed through the last 20 years, not only by his public, but also by his fellow mates all around the world.

His goal for the future is t producing in 2014. The time in-between will allow him to be prepared for that important step in his DJ career, a true turning-point towards a more and more solid professionalization. NEWS SOON...
