Born in Honduras, and raised in Providence, Rhode Island DJ Rebel started djing in the early '90s. He was known for bringing his crowd through a journey of banging beats that kept the crowd dancing all night. Blending a variety of house, disco, hard house, tribal, and techno Rebel was soon being booked for local legendary clubs like The Living Room, Pulse, Asylum, and New England's favorite after-hours club, club Therapy. 

After taking a break Rebel returned to the tables. This time channeling his Honduran roots into producing his own sounds filled with more tribal house stacked with deep layers of drums reminiscent of the drum circles back home. Adding to his unique style he also brings in Latin house elements. 

The blend results in a refreshingly tropical vibe, while maintaining a deep rhythmic soul reminiscent of a set you would find beachside or on a balmy roof deck somewhere hot.

Thankfully no passport is required to be transported! Just push play and clear the floor. Because one thing that has remained constant over all his years behind the turntables is his ability to get you up on your feet, dancing till the sun comes up!

Donny is one of the funkiest dudes to bless the decks! Brooklyn implant by way of Baltimore, a NYC favorited underground party spot, 'Space is the Place’ BKNY curator, Donny became a national staple throughout the 90’s & early 2000’s, and has been playing parties up and down the east coast & nationally for decades.
     Donny has been affiliated with B’more’s first techno/electronic record label, Defective Records (www.defectiverecords.com) since ’94, along with being co-founder/resident DJ of DeepSugar Parties (www.sugarparty.org) with Ultra Nate' at the legendary Club Paradox (www.thedox.com) in Baltimore, MD.
     Donny has always had his ear to the underground and has been influential in keeping the underground vibes alive in Brooklyn.  His musical range runs very deep and is a sure crowd pleaser.

In recent years we have seen the star of DJ EFUNK  emerge as a recognizable staple in the underground house music scene in Thessaloniki.

His musical identity is music from the US(New York, Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco etc), french filtered house and jackin style.

Born and raised in Stuttgart Germany he engaged early as a teenage DJ in the Hip Hop culture and gathered strong musical experiences from the black music scene (funk, electro-funk, rap and soul).

Started Dj'ing in school parties and local clubs in Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart while he was still a high school student.

Deeply influenced by the black local DJ's from USA spinning in the area of Stuttgart (Cut master Rob etc.), he mastered advanced turntable techniques and achieved the 3rd position in the official DMC Greece.    

During his university years he founded the BASEMENT parties together with friends and introduced the original New York and Chicago house sound to the city of Heraklion and island of Crete.


Today he is presenting a radio mix show every week at plasticradio.gr and making DJ appearances in Bars and Clubs in Thessaloniki and abroad, focused mainly on places with dance culture.

His DJ mixes on Mixcloud.com are positioned among the top 10 positions for #house and #deep house in Greece and the top 30 in the #Global Chicago House chart.

DJ EFUNK made recently (24/3/23) his debut as a producer with the track "Music in the night" together with the talented electronic music producer EMANUEL.

The track is released by Scuba Grooves and is available on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbGV878kfps and all music stores worldwide.

His regular DJ booth contains 2 DENON PRIME S5000M PRIME vinyl-feel CD players, an Allen Heath XONE92 mixer, a Bozak 4 band Isolator, a TRAKTOR CONTROL Z2 and 2 Technics MK II turntables.

Happy and open to all kinds of collaboration with Clubs, Bars, Event Organizers, Radio Stations, Record Labels and music professionals.
