Sciama's DJ set kicked off the third day of performances curated at Castell de Montjuïc for Mostra 23 (@mostrabcn). The second edition of the Catalan festival brought together a total of 1,000 people across two different locations and featured four days of musical acts. The lineup included 31 artists who delivered high-quality avant-garde and experimental electronic sounds.

Archypness is a Ukrainian musician, producer, and sound designer, as well as the founder of EMAHO! Records. Based in Warsaw, he is a resident of Tundra parties and Mastak club. Known for his deep Hypnotic Techno and experimental sounds, Archypness builds on mystical, profound soundscapes, creating releases and mixes that contribute to the development of modern electronic music.

About the mix, he said: "I crafted this mix full of deep textures and intricate rhythms. To create a sense of immersion, part of the mix gently invites the listener into the mood, preparing the mind for complex rhythmic patterns. In this mix, I’ve also included several of my released and unreleased tracks, one of which powerfully concludes the journey."

At just 18 years old, Ilay is shaping his own unique sound, blending electronic music with percussive rhythms in a way that feels deep, natural and immersive. Growing up in a family strongly connected to electronic music, he was exposed to a wide range of styles, giving him the freedom to explore and develop his own musical style.

His sets flow effortlessly between genres, bringing hypnotic percussion, deep synth textures, and evolving soundscapes together into something truly special. This live set is a perfect example of that – full of energy, depth, and emotion.

The Paral·lel co-curator and resident has cultivated a devoted following over the years for his uncompromising vision developed through a remarkable catalog of releases for label such as Silent Season, Bitta, Sublunar and his own Mind Express. For our series Refracted contributes a mix true to his signature style, crystalline and patiently layered with unwavering intent, drawing across decades and genres to invite us into a divine state of mind.
