We’re honoured to welcome an absolute pioneer for DSS 111.
Spiral Tribe’s own 69db presents his Wave Arising LIVE set.
As a founding member of Spiral Tribe and R-Zac, and co-founder of Network 23 Recordings, 69db has been a driving force in the Hardtec and Tribe scenes since the early ’90s. His improvised live sets have pushed boundaries for over three decades.
Wave Arising, blending tribal techno with dub elements, was recently hailed by Resident Advisor as a standout performance at Dekmantel 2024.
This mix comes out of his work for the Wave Arising project he shares with dancer Kynsie. The project is aimed at returning focus to improvisation , music and movement as the main focus of our personal development in life. 

The mix is 100% improvised on the liveset and is about tuning in to our deeper selves and opening a channel within.

Hey everyone,
I'm excited to share my new DJ set with you, prepared and recorded in my home studio. It's been a while since I last took the time to record a set in the studio, so I made sure to select tracks that are both emotionally rich and deep. I also included a few tracks from producer friends, along with three of my own productions.
