Producer, DJ, and musical aficionado Memo Rex is a staple of all things electronic. Sonically tuned and versed in the language of sound. It was Indie compositions that led to his creation of deep tracks specifically designed for the dance floor. Uniting melodies with deep subsonic frequencies, while still maintaining hints of his Indie background have proven key to Memo's signature style.

Deep Tech was an event concept developed in Washington DC in 2016. Initially a knee-jerk reaction to the musical politics of the D.C. scene where large, well established parties and venues capitalized on taking advantage local talent by forcing them underground and to develop a Do it yourself approach. As a result, Deep Tech sought to bring the power back to the local, hardworking DJs through providing opportunities for them to play, and develop their talent. 
Fast foward to today and Deep Tech has became a brand and lifestyle in its own right. Deep Tech now finds itself in Washington D.C. and San Diego, CA.
In order to further galvanize the brand Deep Tech now finds itself at the helm of Deep Tech Recordings. Deep Tech Recordings is a champion of Deep Tech / Minimal and Deep House while also providing Tech House and Techno as the parties sought to do. By looking on the deeper, darker side of electronic music, Deep Tech recordings seeks to galvanize the vision, brand and lifestyle  of the Deep Tech through original music to bring the soundscapes of Deep Tech to the masses of the US and beyond. Class-A Deviants was formed in 2007. While their overall soundscape is dark techno, they create unique atmospheres by incorporating the lost art of storytelling into their mixes and productions. The Deviants believe that a driving beat is essential, yet they never hesitate to stray from convention. Their main inspiration is the family they have found on dancefloors worldwide – the greater community of music seekers who lose themselves in the morning hours, reveling in the primordial love of the drum. They have released records on Degrees Ov Separation, Desert Hearts Black, Underdub, Denied Music, Minimal Sessions, Optimal Sonance, BugCoder, Sequel Sound, and Listen_React, to name a few.

Notable gigs included the Desert Hearts Spring Festival, Monarch in San Francisco, and the Wherehouse in Tijuana. They also opened the Kalliope Art Car at EDC Las Vegas 2017 as part of the Desert Hearts takeover. Boombox Art Car EDC 2021, and completed a mini-tour of Texas with labelmate Llama A.
