I really like how this song came out! I almost gave up on this track. I have the main guitar verse and couldn't think of where to to with it. Then I tried some different melody phrasing and the rest of the song pretty much wrote its self! Its by far my biggest song both in tracks and time that I have wrote in a while. Even though its 8+ minuets, I don't feel its too repetitive.

I write, record and produce all my own songs at home. For the drums I use Addictive Drums, and for Guitar I D/I right into my computer through a Mackie Onyx Satellite. From there I run Samplitube as my DAW software and depending on my mood, I can either mic up my Rivera Knucklehead Tre with a SM-57, or more likely than not, I use Amplitube 3.0. Every song on this site is using Amplitube. I have not mic'ed up my own amp outside of band practice in about 4 years.

For every song on here except for my acoustic (I mic'ed that up and do a D/I) it is a straight line from the guitar into my interface into the computer. No pedal board, rack effect, nothing! Just a straight signal and I handle everything within Amplitube.
