This song began as Carl's tribute poem to our drummer, Ken. Carl came up with the chord progression and started a project, to which he invited the rest of us. This is the third song Eclectic Collective has done that is a tribute by Carl to one of our members.  We couldn't feel more honored than to be the subjects of his wild and boundless creativity.
  Fittingly, Ken was first in line to add his magnificent drums. Once we had drums, Josh had something to work with to add his bass, which he did shortly after the drums were up. Mark paid the project a visit next, helping out with a bit of production editing, and dropping in a mad percussion solo using his VST timbale drums. Stephen jumped in soon after, adding the melodic electric guitar riffs that appear throughout. Not to be outdone, JJ added some sonically thickening electric piano, as well as the throwback psychedelic synth that pops up towards the end. Finally, Tez came along and added the electrifying solo that appears about a third of the way in, as well as the one at the end. 
  Once the recording was finished, we turned it over to Stephen to mix in his always professional manner. 
  This song is all about our very talented teammate and brother, Ken, and it is well deserved, too. As mentioned, this is the third song from Carl about one of us. It's hard to describe the feeling of having someone who you respect take the time and energy to think about you in such a positive way as to produce a song about you. Then to have all your buddies join in to amplify it to a solid song is just mind-blowing. We are all very grateful to Carl for not only sharing his music with us, but for his thoughtful consideration of each of us as subjects. We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed creating it.

I'm almost back...
After the death of a loved one, I found myself unable to play music... so I opened a small attic room deep in my unbalanced mind and played other types of instruments... it had to happen...
So here's a track, "ATTIC ROOM" (37 minutes), composed and produced, bringing together 10 very different and surprising tracks... I feel like I was in another dimension for a while, and I hope you enjoy it.

Me voici presque de retour...
Après le décès de l'un de mes proches, je me suis retrouvé dans l'incapacité de jouer de la musique... alors j'ai ouvert une petite chambre mansardée tout au fond de mon esprit en déséquilibre et j'ai joué sur d'autres types d'instruments... il fallait que cela se réalise...
Voici donc un titre "ATTIC ROOM" (37minutes) composé et réalisé rassemblant 10 titres tellement différents et surprenants... je pense avoir été dans une autre dimension pendant un certain temps et j'espère que vous allez apprécier.

The Vanishing Path II
marks the final step of the album Tides of Melancholy. Nine chapters of doubt, longing, and inner struggles lead to this very moment – the end of a long and burdensome journey. Sadness lingers in its melodies, with the piano opening like a distant memory of everything that has passed. Yet with every note, something greater unfolds: choirs, strings, and percussion transform melancholy into something majestic, almost comforting.

This finale is not only a farewell but also a promise. It reminds us that every path, no matter how difficult, eventually reaches its end – and within that end, peace can be found. For those caught in darkness and doubt, this track seeks to offer courage: the courage to keep moving forward, the courage to let go, and the courage to discover a quiet strength in transience.

The Vanishing Path II bildet den letzten Schritt des Albums Tides of Melancholy. Neun Stationen voller Zweifel, Sehnsucht und innerer Kämpfe führen zu diesem Moment – dem Ende eines langen, beschwerlichen Weges. Traurigkeit liegt in den Klängen, das Klavier eröffnet leise wie eine Erinnerung an alles Vergangene. Doch mit jedem Ton entfaltet sich etwas Größeres: Chöre, Streicher und Schlagwerk erheben die Melancholie in etwas Erhabenes, fast Tröstliches.

Dieses Finale ist nicht nur ein Abschied, sondern auch ein Versprechen. Es erinnert daran, dass jeder Weg, so schwer er auch sein mag, irgendwann sein Ende findet – und dass im Ende auch Frieden liegt. Für all jene, die in Dunkelheit und Zweifel gefangen sind, will dieser Track Mut sein: Mut, weiterzugehen, Mut, loszulassen und im Vergänglichen eine stille Stärke zu finden.

My music tells stories – without words, but full of emotion.
It’s shaped by melancholy, quiet strength, and cinematic depth.
With a blend of piano, strings, subtle electronics, and expressive vocals, I create soundscapes that move, reflect, and offer space for personal thought.

Every composition is a personal expression, crafted by hand using professional virtual instruments (VSTs), real elements, and a strong sense of intuition. I compose with care and intention – every note is placed with purpose. For certain textures, I occasionally use modern tools like ACE Studio, but always as a subtle enhancement within a framework I’ve entirely composed myself.

The creative vision, the musical structure, and the emotion – they are 100% mine.
I believe in music that sounds real because it is real.
