Depuis 1990, l’association Vu d’un Œuf partage avec le public un ensemble d’actions artistiques engagées et axées autour de la musique et de ses relations avec d’autres arts tels que la danse, l’image et la poésie. Le projet artistique basé sur la création contemporaine et la pratique de l’improvisation s’exprime au travers du festival Densités, d’ateliers en direction des jeunes et de publics adultes et « empêchés » et d’autres productions artistiques (expositions, résidences, disques).

Le Fondeur de Son (LFDS) est un organe de production et de soutien aux musiques créatives, révolutionnaires et peu commerciales.
LFDS Records est le label du Fondeur de Son.

Finistérien, Yannick découvre la guitare à l'âge de 3 ans. Il fait son apprentissage musical dans les domaines du classique, du rock, du jazz et de l'improvisation. Il se produit dans différents groupes de rock & jazz/funk en Bretagne jusqu'à son arrivée en Aquitaine en 2004.
Installé à Bordeaux, il participe à des ateliers animés par le Centre d'Improvisation Libre avec Mathias Pontévia, Claude Saubole et Didier Lasserre. Puis, il suit deux stages animés par Barre Phillips en 2004 et 2005. Ces ateliers, ces stages ainsi que les rencontres faites au cours de cette période nourrissent sa pratique de la guitare électrique. En se basant sur le potentiel sonore très riche de cet instrument, il développe un vocabulaire construit autour de multiples inspirations.
Nantais depuis 2010, il crée l'association « Musiques sur le fil », joue en duo avec Mathias Pontévia, Stéphane Galéra, Jean Rougier, Nusch Werchowska, Toma Gouband et poursuit en parallèle son travail en solo.

Born in Finistère, a region located in the far west of northern France, Yannick discovered the guitar at the early age of 4. He learned to play classical music as well as rock and roll, jazz and improvisation. During his whole adolescence he performed in several groups of rock and jazz/funk in Bretagne. Then, in 2004, he moved to Bordeaux, where he participated in improvised music workshops, animated by the association Centre d'Improvisation Libre with Mathias Pontévia, Claude Saubole et Didier Lasserre. He also learned a lot during two workshops led by Barre Phillips in 2004 and 2005. Those workshops as well as all the musicians he met during this period built the way he plays the electric guitar. Using the very large potential of this instrument he developped a personal vocabulary based on his multiple inspirations. Since 2010, he lives in Nantes, where he created the association Musiques sur le fil. He plays regularly with Mathias Pontévia, Stéphane Galéra, Jean Rougier, Nusch Werchowska, Toma Gouband and always keeps on playing solo.

“Unciv” short for “Uncivilized” is aimed at spreading the word about the music & concepts behind “Uncivilized”. What is beyond?

We are the ENCRE(S) SONORE(S) collective, at the head of artistic objects combining music and image:
It's an invitation to be surprised, to be moved, to question itself; to let yourself be carried away by the sound and visual universe, by the moment. Our proposals are full of surprises, inventions and improvisation. It's a three-way game in which complicity is the rule.

This soundblog...is the result of my artistic work and research on the sopranino saxophone and some on the baritone sax. Some lives , some studios , some experiments... from free improvisation to composition .
It includes solos, group performances and soundscapes that i create with this quite rare instrument: the sopranino sax, using his sound material among other sounds .
I will add new tracks regularly .
