We all know what cave paintings are, though few of us are likely to ever need them when we're asking for directions to the nearest cash machine or need the number of a speedy takeaway service. Perhaps for most of us the idea of a cave painting has become a little outdated along with fax machines and Lady Gaga. However, there are a group of people determined to make the good name of Cave Paintings rise to the forefront of our minds once more by using it as the name for their small group of DJs, producers and promoters. We too are keen to back the return of this ancient art and therefore asked them to provide us with this 'Gathered Neatly On A Thin Raft' mix. Global psychedelic dance dons Multi Culti deliver an astrologically advanced compilation series in two parts: SUN GAZE & MOON FAZE.

Spread across six EPs beginning March 21st (just after the Spring equinox), the full yin yang comes out on the summer solstice, June 21st , in digital double helix and as a crazy-limited, painstakingly-artisanal edition boxed-set, with fabric sleeves, embossed tin casing, and secret psychedelic party survival kit.

The growing posse of Multi Culti’s core talent: Thomash, Peter Power, Nicola Cruz, Crowdpleaser, Xanga and Ccolo are paired alongside the likes of Zongamin, Manfredas, Moscoman, and Lum. On the Sun Gaze side, the A&R stares deep into the light, pulling in warm, ethnically-diverse earth dance, while Moon Faze peers deeper into the cosmos, showcasing the trippier, freakier side of the cult.

It begins here with ‘Wet Raga,’ a sprawling, 13-minute main-room odyssey crafted by mental label-mate freaks: Dreems & DJ Thomas Von Party.

It’s time to meet Alma Negra. a Swizz collective that consists of four good friends. The brothers Dersu & Diego Figueira, Dario Rohrbach and last but not least Mario Robles.
All four of them are very passionate and open minded about music from all over the world and spend their time both digging for records and play them in clubs.
They also produce some of the most irresistible and energetic dance music out there. I just had to ask these fine gentlemen a few questions and also let you readers get a chance to know them a little bit more.
