Subsquad Prod present the part #12 of our serie of compilations, the 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐒𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐃. Each part presents the dub makers of a city (and its surroundings) through a compilation of 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 available for free download.

This twelfth edition is dedicated to 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐚 and presents 11 producers from this area.

The new artwork is realized by Gseb, the mastering by Subsquad Prod.

Radikal Vibration - Shaka Resolution (part. 2)

Fikir Amlak met reclusive Rastafari elder Judah in 2002 and lived with him at the Black Spot in Santa Cruz from 2005-2007. Fikir built a studio there and established a close relationship with the hermit-like elder. Flash forward to a decade later when we were recording Walk with Jah and Stability on Noel Zebulon’s Crucial riddim. Fikir visited Judah and recorded this one-away vocal. We sent it to Ras Muffet for mixing and it's been in the vault since then. Now Judah and Ras Muffet have both transitioned, we must carry on the work. Featuring deep lyricism, militant chanting, and spiritual overtones, recorded at Ital Power studio. 'We Are One' is backed by a high fidelity dub riddim courtesy of Val Tribulation and Alpha-B. This tune has been generating a lot of positive energy in dances across Europe courtesy of some major sound systems. The B side features Val Tribulation in inspired form with 'New Revelations.' A ruff riddim track with a triumphant horns melody laced throughout. This release is full of vibes. Soon to come!

Introducing the second release in the dub conductor digital dubplate series!! Nano dub was made in our Marseille studio in April 2019. The track features a bass guitar sample which has been distorted to create a really wild and deep sound. It's a real skanker with 1000 different snares, plenty of authentic percussion and a 'womping' repetitive upper bass lick. The versions take the listener into multiple different dimensions with their excessive use of  phasers, panning, echos and reverbs, all mixed and performed live in a real dub style.
