I highly recommend doing meditation and tasks at the beginning of the day, if possible. It changes the course of the day! But if not, just fit it around your schedule.

So, here are the tasks for today:

1. Perform guided meditation with the mantra of SO HAM.

2. Write in your notebook the phrase of the day and remember it during the day as often as possible.
"Today I behold the abundance that surrounds me."

3. In your notebook, make a list of 50 people who influenced your personal growth and development throughout your life.

Very important! Listen to the audio file and do the meditation itself. The deeper you connect to the daily tasks, the more meaningful your transformation will be, and the greater the impact it will have on your life.
