I'm an east London producer, song writer, sound designer and vocalist. 'Fluff' is my solo project. (I'm the other half of trip-hop duo www.soundcloud.com/silverstreaks). 

Fluff-music combines traditional songwriting, indie, electronic, goth, ethereal/synth pop and experimental/cinematic sound design into powerful, emotional sound scapes. Manipulated field recordings and audio textures add suggestive sounds to evoke raw and visceral emotions in the listener. 

Influences: 
Indie/art rock, darkwave and the electroclash scene in the mid 00s.

'Down the Rabbit Hole' is a reflection on our world as it is today. Greedy, destructive, homogenised, selfish and exploitative. But we're resilient creatures. There are some fun, light-hearted tongue-in-cheek stories of adaptation and survival by becoming pretty fabulous.

I was born in Brescia on the third of October, 1974, and I obtained a degree in 1994 as a geometrician. I live in Manerba del Garda (BS) Italy.

I write and publish poems and piano music. I made all the published tracks myself.

“Between winter and paradise” was written by Fátima Rocío Peralta García. I also contributed to the creation of an Akkuaria anthology.

In particular, I was awarded third prize ex aequo at the first annual “Tribute to Emilio Greco” Literary Award on 18 December, 2010, in Catania and at the International Competition of Poetry, Prose, Figurative Arts La Finestra Eterea, I received 2nd place for both single poem of the 2015 edition and the 2017 Lilith edition, and 4th place in the 2019 edition for Carillon.

On 24 November 2018 in Forte dei Marmi, I received a diploma of honour with mention of commendation for Lilith and the single poem “Canzone” at the International “Buonarroti” Awards – 4th Edition; in the next edition, on November 30, 2019, I received the Poetry Prize for kids for Carillon.

For Carillon, again, on November 24, 2019, I received the Premio Leandro Polverini 1st place in the dream poetry category with the following reasons:

the entire collection is traversed by a happy tension towards the good, terrestrially consisting in the friction exerted by the living descending towards that ineluctable and always imminent future, which obeys entropic law. In the texts, phonic influences run and intertwine, the beyond-sky and beyond-time that offer us much more than an extraordinary expressive ability of the Brescian author and his evident predisposition in capturing dreamlike, subtle, and mysterious sensations.

In 2014, I conceived and organized the first annual International Literary Contest POESIE NEL PAGO DELLA MITRIA as a perfect way to rediscover the beauty inherent in every human heart by visiting a sacred place.

Poetry represents one of the ways of going deep into the very essence of ourselves while dwelling on everyday experience, and thanks as well to receiving daily feedback from other people.

Me llamo Juan Francisco Bueno Olóriz, soy músico, compositor, letrista y toco la guitarra y el piano. Desde niño me ha gustado componer la letra y la música de mis canciones, primero de forma autodidacta y poco a poco de forma profesional, después de mucho esfuerzo y estudio. 

Mi titulación en el Conservatorio Superior de Música de Zaragoza (España) es de profesor superior de Pedagogía Musical. Tengo estudios de armonía, contrapunto, fuga, composición, arreglos musicales y además he sido profesor de Estética, Historia de la Música, de la Cultura y del Arte en los conservatorios de Tudela y Tarazona (España)

Mis canciones las han cantado artistas de la talla de Luana Ruff, Sebastian, Jesús Lainez,  Manuel Palomino, Joelblesseddd,  Paco Cuenca, Mara Oldfield, Dazz Deva, Ana López Lorente o Carmen París y trabajo con grandes profesionales como el pianista José María Berdejo, el saxo Maiker Rivero, el guitarrista Nacho Abril, el chelista Pablo Baleta y el ingeniero de sonido Juan Miguel Sánchez en el estudio de grabación SIN/CON/PASIONES.

También he compuesto música para videos y documentales, fugas, invenciones, imitaciones canónicas, música modal etc.

My name is Juan Francisco Bueno Olóriz, I am a musician, composer, lyricist and I play the guitar and piano. Since I was a child I have liked to compose the lyrics and music of my songs, first as a self-taught person and little by little as a professional, after a lot of effort and study.

My degree from the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Zaragoza (Spain) is as a higher professor of Musical Pedagogy. I have studied harmony, counterpoint, fugue, composition, musical arrangements and I have also been a professor of Aesthetics, History of Music, Culture and Art at the conservatories of Tudela and Tarazona (Spain)

My songs have been sung by artists such as Luana Ruff, Sebastian, Jesús Lainez, Manuel Palomino, Joelblesseddd, Paco Cuenca, Mara Oldfield, Dazz Deva, Ana López Lorente or Carmen París and I work with great professionals such as the pianist José María Berdejo, the saxophonist Maiker Rivero, the guitarist Nacho Abril, the cellist Pablo Baleta and the sound engineer Juan Miguel Sánchez in the recording studio SIN/CON/PASIONES.

I have also composed music for videos and documentaries, fugues, inventions, canonical imitations, modal music, etc.

I've loved music ever since I can remember. I have played numerous musical instruments since I was a kid, the violin being the instrument I was best at and played to a decent level and attended the Royal College of Music at the age of 10.

I've been making music since the days of Mod music / Tracker music on the legendary Atari ST and the Commodore Amiga. The days when CPU resources were minuscule but you could still whack out a decent tune. It was a great time for music lovers and future music producers, DJ's and artists.

As for my taste in music, I'm a huge fan of R&B, Soul, Funk, LO-FI, Vaporwave, 80s and House but enjoy and appreciate almost all genres, although there are a handful I'm not so keen on!

As for my music, my aspergers/autism insists on quite a bit of melodic repetition as you may or may not notice and also a good mix of genres. I'm a sucker for harmonic surprise. That unexpected chord that gives you chills. That's my favorite feeling in music.

Vocals and backing harmonies are mostly self-recorded (a million takes per line 😆), followed by enhancement using AI voice models to change my voice, compensate for natural imperfections and improve vocal output. In other words, I don't like my own voice but I can hold a tune 😁. Autotune is applied, open source post-processing tools are then used, prior to the mastering stage. Artwork is AI because Photoshop takes too long, sowwy!
