Brassfoot: Dem Sarf - Apron Mix

This Mix was recorded from an actual mixtape that was originally recorded at the tail end of 1996. The Teflon Dons (Aaron Paar & Dave Fogg)who's 2nd release the "Rudiments EP" had just come out months before and decided to do a promotional Mix. The mix showcases the styles and sounds that influenced the Don's at the time. The recording captures the Don's mixing records two for two sometimes three for three. Songs from cult favorite label Worldship Music are also featured on here with tracks off the "Planet Eater EP" and the aforementioned "Rudiments". 
Enjoy the time capule of cuts from the Don's personal record collections.

Yoan @Lokier is a 26 year old DJ/producer from Mexico. Having already forged a successful career in her homeland, she moved to Barcelona to collaborate and DJ in Europe and beyond.

№ 17 introduces her very distinctive take on dance music, inspired by what she calls "mysterious" and "terror" sounds. She successfully mixes this love of the deeper, intense side of the musical spectrum with shades of post punk, rock, techno and disco.
