Alright, fine, it's been 2 weeks so I might as well give it up. This is a cover of one of the songs in the soundtrack of the very real and very serious Undertale AU called Smorgasbord, made by the very real persona of @myttin, with his very real girlfriend, both of whom are pictured in the thumbnail. (Oh, and unrelated, but shoutouts to @dashingtoadie-the-sequel. No reason, I assure you.)
