After we've welcomed them on our first compilation with their track "Scraping" we're stoked to welcome the Italian trio The Alchemical Theory on our Textures series. Tracklist below 🌊

The Alchemical Theory project was born in 2018 from the creative union of three Italian producers. The identity of the project has been very influenced by the favorite sounds of the three artists, ranging from modular electronic sounds to much more atmospheric sounds. This project also comes from the love of mysticism, alchemy and nature. In each release they want to represent something that affects the listener's mind, reproducing a real mental journey.

Since her first gig six years ago she has established herself as a solid contributor to the scene in the Czech republic, Slovakia and Hungary.  She delivers us a punchy display of deeper techno with hypnotic tones, thick basslines and dreamy vibes. This draft is the guide for inspiration and the resulting art, whose development is subject to constant change. Arose from an idea to take existing concepts, reinterpret them and adapt them to a mutating world. A conscious reduction of our natural environment to its essential components, the mesmerizing beauty of which you can not get tired of discovering.
In essence, it is also about a relationship whose existence is as old as mankind itself and yet is as significant as ever: The dynamic interplay between humanity and the refuge of nature. Always looking for new impressions and yet focusing on the authentic experience.

Into The Abyss #018 | Utopian

Utopian is Isidro Bolívar’s moniker. He was born in the south of Spain and from an early age he always had a soft spot for introspective music, no matter if it was floor-oriented or home-listening. As a Dj he takes hypnotism as the foundations of his craft, although, his sets can take many shapes, tribal, deep, minimal or melodic depending on the mood.


   A few years ago, he discovered a new wave of Italian techno musicians like Donato Dozzy and especially Marco Shuttle which was a life-changing moment for him. This would define his technique, dj skills and mindset. Focusing on a more progressive based built up and smooth transitions. Musically speaking Utopian keeps an open eye on new releases but also on old hidden gems and will play them within the same set as long as the music pairs harmonically and respect the timeless quality of techno aesthetics.

    He played a few gigs at Alpenglühen, a notorious forward-thinking techno night run by the internationally respected F-ON in Madrid. 
He closing set at Calma festival (Madrid) this time with a more tribal-ambient approach to a crowd sitting and completely immersed in music. More  recently he played at perpendicular fest and the mythical club of southern Spain industrial copera.

   Apart from being a Dj, Isidro was an active promoter while living in Madrid. Confessed digger and record collector and currently experimenting with music in the studio. He also recently created a space for local artists to express themselves by performing through ambient and immersive techno streaming sessions, his name is "espacio ingrávido".


   Utopian was asked to play several guests mix for international big names like Campfire (Silent Season), Oslated or monument.


   He’s currently based in Granada where he’s actively contributing with guest mixes as well as supporting local and like-minded dj’s and producers.

Frequency Machine is a recently started project in this 2022. 

This artist is passionate about life, he visualizes and describes his music as having great artistic and expressive value, implying that through his frequencies he can reach the most remote places that a human being can explore. 

In general, frequency feels quite attracted to Deep, dub, experimental, ambient, textured, hypnotic, minimalist, IDM sounds. His sound expressions have climatic, polyrhythmic variations, always trying to make an adequate curve, he is very extroverted; characterized by its versatility, vision and innovation between variables of multiple sounds. 

He also expresses his great attachment to the sounds of nature or very organic and shamanic sounds to express how much he loves the world and mother earth. 

Frequency Machine's musical inspiration comes from his environment, his family, his friends, the public and his life in Medellin / Colombia.

Summer is here with its light-breathing days, marvellous sunsets and lush nights. Definetly the right time to present you a dear Berlin fellow of ours: BLY!

Deeply rooted & faithfully committed to the passion for breakbeats, jungle and drum & bass since the early 90ies, his path headed to the magnetic atmosphere of techno vibes by 2001. From there, while exploring different genres and projects along with several releases, in 2014 it finally lead him to Berlin and mind-blowing new sound explorations. This wicked cities vibe, ecstatic gatherings and unique locations, amazing people transcending limited perceptions of all senses – all of this together proceeded to a signature sound reflecting in his own productions and handpicked sets. Up to this day, his faithful commitment payed in several releases and dj sets. Mainly at highly recommended underground party series like xXETEXx, where he also contributes his creative vibes as a valued member of the crew.

Today he fuses “oldschool” technical skills with deep, driving Hypnotic sounds and spheric elements, with which he loves to carry people away. His mix-contribution for our podcast series is no exception, transporting you bit by bit, without haste, but with great unfolding progression into unknown sonic realms of the vortex.

While the powerful sun is dominating our days, challenging our flora and fauna with its ongoing heat, a new session has arrived here in our headquarter. The creator is none other then Secuencias Temporales chief Eafhm.

Eafhm is the result of a creative process which has seen different artistic and exploratory stages, aiming to further integrate oscillating interpersonal ideas among the variety of sound conceptions. The musical results of this evolution earned quite some respect in the scene for its unique deepness, organic texture and mind-travelling qualities. So no surprise that you can find his tracks not only on his own imprint Secuencias Temporales but also on well-known institutions like Experimental Label, Baox, Lett Records and Concepto Hinpnotico. Just shortly he had his first appearance on Charybdis together with his friend Noah Lyas.

The session you are about to hear is a handmade journey which will lead you directly into the star sparkled sky of a moonlit summer night or lets you connect with the warm vibe all beings are vibrating to in this sunny season.
