ENG: This recording was made in the Sierra de Los Padres on Thursday, July 6, 2021 at 1:04 PM, in the audio you hear the predominance of sounds of several Chimangos (Milvago chimango) and also other frequencies of sounds from other species such as the "chatter" of the parrots (Myiopsitta monachus) and the occasional Burrowing Parrot ( Loro Barranquero - Cyanoliseus patagonus) and pther bird vocalizations. The "Sierra de Los Padres" has an abundant and varied fauna. There are more than 120 species of birds related to the aquatic environment of the lagoon, the most frequently seen are: coots, herons, black-necked swans, ducks, seagulls, seven colors, silver beaks and others.

In the mountains, grasslands and mountains that surround the lagoon are swallows, small partridges, chimangos, sparrowhawks, lapwings, pigeons, benteveos, horneros, thrushes, goldfinches, calandrias and parrots among others. Many of these species nest among the reeds and cattails of the lagoon.

This park is considered a refuge for birds and other species, for which it is important to have a conscious panorama from the visual and to the acoustic of the place, because they're the ones who communicate to us how the health of the ecosystem where they live is.

ESP:  Esta grabación fue hecha en la Sierra de Los Padres un jueves 6 de Julio del 2021 a la 1:04 PM, en el audio se puede apreciar la predominación de sonidos de varios Chimangos (Milvago chimango) y también otras frecuencias de sonidos provenientes de otras especies como es el "parloteo" de las cotorras (Myiopsitta monachus) y alguno que otro Loro Barranquero (Cyanoliseus patagonus) y entre otras vocalizaciones de aves. La reserva ecológica Sierra de Los Padres cuenta con una fauna abundante y variada. Existen más de 120 especies de aves relacionadas con el ambiente acuático de la laguna, las que más frecuentemente se ven son: gallaretas, garzas, cisnes de cuello negro, patos, gaviotas, siete colores, picos de plata y otras.

En los montes, pastizales y sierras que rodean la laguna se encuentran golondrinas, perdices chicas, chimangos, gavilanes, teros, torcacitas, benteveos, horneros, zorzales, jilgueros, calandrias y cotorras entre otros. Muchas de éstas especies anidan entre los juncos y totoras de la laguna.

Esta reserva es considerada un refugio de aves y otras especies, por lo cual es importante tener un panorama consciente desde lo visual hasta lo acústico del lugar porque son ellos quienes nos comunican cómo está la salud del ecosistema donde habitan.
