Very interesting song. Reminds me of the incredible string band, though im not compairing. 

A musical operetta espresso - richly powerful, dark and invigorating.  This is a mighty work, Corey and August, asking all the spiritual and philosophical questions that matter.  Are we anything more than just pieces of evil meat?  It has something of an antipodean air to it - Minchin meets Cave meets James.  Brilliant, in other words.

This is a song I wrote in 2016, about overcoming negative self doubts when I was starting to write songs again after a break of about 20 years.  It’s a song of positivity and self encouragement to get on and do the things you want to before it’s too late, regardless of what stage of life you’re at.  Recording, percussion and additional fabulous chucka chucka guitars by Carl Hetherington of Van der Neer.
