Ian McDonnell returns to his EeOo moniker for the first time since 2018 with two EP releases on Eotrax in 2023. The first EP drops in early February with the second coming later in the year.

Taking inspiration from house, techno, trance and electro these EPs are an invitation to move and connect. Full of hope and joy but with an edge of urgency, here we find Ian at his most melodic and uplifting but still with his familiar percussive and gritty style.

Nueva sección de la radio la cual nos la introduce su creador Emir-B:

Sonirica es un programa mensual enfocado en el colectivo Lgtbiq+. Nace de la premisa por comenzar un viaje sonoro más allá de la pista de baile. Queremos demostrar que la tarea del Dj no es solo poner música para fiestas,somos selectores,curadores,creadores. Visualizar también que en nuestro dia a dia estamos acompañados constantemente de la música que nos nutre y nos enriquece como artistxs. Sonirica es también una mezcla entre sueños y sonidos que nos comunican. 

En esta primera edición la primera parte del podcast está  a cargo del anfitrión del programa Emir-B que nos encandila con sus vinilos más raros llevándonos por un viaje de post techno, ambient, breaks mecánicos y darkwave minimal. La segunda parte del podcast está a cargo de la artista peruana Saló donde nos lleva de paseo por los lugares más recónditos de la electrónica vanguardista, desde Post Punk a electro y breaks nos demuestra su rebeldía auditiva. Saló que es sin duda una exponente de estos sonidos y nos brinda una segunda parte llena de energía.

New section of the radio which is introduced by its creator Emir-B:

Sonirica is a monthly program focused on the Lgtbiq+ collective. It was born from the premise to start a sonorous journey beyond the dance floor. We want to show that the task of the DJ is not only to play music for parties, we are selectors, curators, creators. We also want to visualize that in our day to day we are constantly accompanied by music that nourishes and enriches us as artists. Sonirica is also a mix between dreams and sounds that communicate us. 

In this first edition the first part of the podcast is in charge of the host of the program Emir-B who dazzles us with his rarest vinyls taking us through a journey of post techno, ambient, mechanical breaks and minimal darkwave. The second part of the podcast is in charge of Peruvian artist Saló where she takes us on a walk through the most recondite places of avant-garde electronica, from Post Punk to electro and breaks she shows us her aural rebelliousness. Saló is undoubtedly an exponent of these sounds and gives us a second part full of energy.

Our guest for episode 94 is MaK, and he is building a party !  MaK is serving us a plate of breaks, electro & techno, with classic techno chords, oldskool club samples and energy. It's that music when you pass people dancing in the crowd, eyes closed with a smile on their face. This would be warmly welcomed in Berlin clubs for sure. MaK has been a collector of electronic music including acid, techno, experimental, post punk, weirdo house dance beats with heavy influence from Chicago and Detroit sound back since 1995. He got his first DJ gig at back in 2006 and it has been one long party since then. In 2008, MaK started DJing at House and Techno parties all over Athens, which stimulated him to organise his own nights - hosting names such as Kitsune Maison / Teenage Bad Girl / Severino / Busy P. In 2010 he became resident at the Deep Inside Athens Parties, playing alongside world class DJs such as Maayan Nidam \ Luke Howard \ Dynamodyse and many many more. In 2011 MaK begin his residency at Glastonbury Festival in the infamous Block9 stage for the NYC Downlow. He is member of the queer party collective “Happy Endings”, and host of radio shows on Threads Radio and Netil Radio in London.
