Today I am going to be leading a guided meditation for opening up the heart. Sometimes there are events or people in our lives that let us down, and often we can carry that hurt in our hearts for years without knowing how much it is affecting us. By bringing the barriers down from our heart, we will be able to accept more love into our loves and open ourselves up to love others with our full capacity.

By bringing down the shield from our heart, we will no longer feel fear to love but be energized by the great sensation to love unconditionally without judgement and expectations. By opening up our hearts, we will also be radiating ourselves with pure love.  Imagine the great light coming from behind that shield, radiating from your whole being and feeling perfect and complete.

Jen has a unique gift to connect with others and help them find their authentic self. She helps her clients dig deep to realize their potential and  encourages them to continue making choices that bring them the most joy.

For the past four years, she dreamed of the day when she would be able to help others improve their health through food and self care. This past year she took the step to pursue her studies in health and wellness with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. This year long health coaching program has given her the toolkit of nutritional knowledge and coaching skills to make it possible to change one persons life a time (and in effect impacting lives of their social circle).
