As the year draws to a close, it feels timely for us to share an archived set from One Records, recorded live in Room One on New Years’ Eve back in 2013.

As a regular showcase at the club, Adam Shelton and Subb-an’s high caliber house label has been an intrinsic part of our family for some time now. The pair have been programming regular take overs for half a decade now in Farringdon, giving platform to the talent that forms the backbone of their roster.

To frame the importance of this set and the pair being able to come back in 2017 they each had some words to offer on the topic…

“One of the great feelings in life is going into a New Year feeling positive about what’s ahead. We are really buzzed for this at One Records – the label is now 7 years old and we have been putting in a lot of hard work over that time. We’ve built a nice crew that we feel is forming naturally now, and have received a lot of support from clubs and promoters to help us get here. The number one spot for that love is fabric, we have been putting on label nights in the club for 5 years in Rooms Two and Three, and we’re over the moon that fabric is to stay open. This will continue to provide a home for many labels from around the world and to offer the unrivalled support it does to us all. One of the biggest sets I have had so far was being asked to play on New Years’ Eve in Room One alongside Subb-an back in 2013, so it’s a pleasure to share this set for everyone.” – Adam Shelton
