An Il trittico for the Tinder generation, Three Way is a new opera about the present and future of sex and love with music by Robert Paterson (The Whole Truth) and a libretto by David Cote (Blind Injustice). In three playful acts, average heroes explore the worlds of android lovers, BDSM and polyamory in a quest for “more” in today’s hyperconnected and gender-fluid world. Featuring Nashville Opera, conducted by Dean Williamson. Original cast recording.

Nowadays, people are unwilling to express their true feelings as they are afraid of becoming vulnerable. Also, because of pressure by the mainstream media, people are sometimes too focused on the physical side of relationships and do not care about what matters the most: feelings and being human and kind (basically, what's inside our minds). This song criticises the overrated physical side of superficial relationships.
