Long time collaborators Father Funk & Bear Twists team up for their first EP release as a duo, 4 tasty cuts of medical grade funky bass music, seamlessly blending the sounds of funk, disco and hip hop with the more modern sounds of glitch hop, garage and drum & bass. These are tracks for the dance floor as well as the home listener - just as bass driven as they are driven by their musicality and soul. The “Disco Biscuits” EP has the energy and charm of the pairs notorious bootlegs (played by DJs all over the world) but this time more instrumental, with fresh production, live instrumentation and a more varied sound palette. It’s an exciting change for these two Bristol based producers.

Based in Los Angeles, hailing from the late 90's east coast rave scene, @FriskieBusiness has been pushing the funk sound for almost two decades. Extremely active in the Southern California festival scene. Stay tuned for more mashups and remixes from this talented dj and producer! Los Angeles based producer Nick Alvarado and vocalist EVeryman have teamed to form Little Giants, who aim to make proper hip-hop music for your mind, body and soul. Pairing inspired, thought-provoking lyrics set over crisp, funky beats, the sounds of Little Giants harken back to the golden era of hip-hop. This release commemorates the memory of Nick 'Pumpkin' Alvarado, who touched thousands of people with his signature music productions and acclaimed DJ sets at top music festivals and clubs across the US and abroad. He tragically passed away on March 25th 2016, but his generous spirit and magical music will continue to live on.

To honor his memory, Nick's best friend and Little Giants production partner, Evan 'Everyman' Shafran, started The Little Giant Acorn Foundation for The Arts, a non-profit organization that helps children get started in music or the performing arts who otherwise could not afford to do so. Nick absolutely loved to share his passion for music and performance art with the next generation and nothing gave him more joy.

Festival hero Captain Flatcap presents his debut Swing & Bass EP 'Fowl Play'. Expect an eargasm of some of his squelchiest and wobbliest bangers to date! They will make you go quackers!

'Fowl Play' kicks off the EP with 140BPM wobbler which takes Bassline House style synths and applies them to a Dubstep rhythm along with Flatcap's trademark folky instrumental samples to boot!

'Bang Bang Boogie' brings up the tempo with a feel good hip shaker that would be any Rappers Delight!

'Quacky Baccy' is a horn laced Glitch Hop growler that will melt your face off and leave you smiling about it at the same time.

The final track of the release 'I Spy' is a mid-tempo banger with flamenco style guitar throughout and glitchy bass synths, with a smooth guest vocal from Kurnel MC. The EP also contains an instrumental version that bangs just as hard as the vocal version!
