Renowned for his high energy DJ sets and electrifying original productions, which fuse elements of Funk, Hip Hop, and Disco with everything from Dubstep to Drum & Bass, Father Funk's unique, genre-bending, party-rocking style has gained him a cult following worldwide.

Delivered with a mischievous grin and thunderous onstage energy, Father Funk has become synonymous with instantly recognisable original productions and notorious bootlegs that have garnered international acclaim.

Growing up on mainly hip hop, Preedy attended his first Shambhala in 2008 and had his world changed with the vast varieties of electronic music. After bouncing around the west coast of BC and  the West Kootenay area he has honed his skills and landed back in Rossland, BC. Having the pleasure to open up for such acts as Stickybuds, theFunkhunters, Featurecast, Wood n 'Soo, Bryx, Neon Steve, Mat the Alien and Skratch Bastid to name a few. Blending genres of Glitch Hop, Ghetto Funk, and Hip Hop are his main forte but is a fan of all genres and can be known to play anything at anytime.
