Lis Sarroca makes her return to the Shall Not Fade catalogue with a 5-track exploration of house music’s many forms and flavours, backed by a remix from SNF’s own Marc Brauner. Our Times EP sees the Mexico-born, Barcelona-based producer use italo as her springboard, layering MPC claps over house and breakbeat rhythms before ‘Keep At It’ and ‘Daywalker’ use hypnotic melodies to create an infectious groove.

@arista-martin es una curadora musical, productora y DJ salvadoreña con fuertes lazos guatemaltecos que comenzo su proyecto musical en Octubre del 2020, denotando siempre una pasión por la identidad musical que la caracteriza, llena de energía y trance en los dancefloors de C.A. 

Fiel a promover su visión del sonido, utiliza en sus mezclas una delicadeza coherente con influencias de Electro, Acid House, Breaks, Trance, Detroit y Trance House de los 90’s. Crea atmósferas envolventes y acidas con emoción.

Su propuesta musical y su movimiento constante entre los países de C.A le ha permitido participar en los eventos de más renombre en la escena underground de la región sonando con colegas de la misma, participando en clubes y festivales como Kairos Festival, C.I.M.A, Playaphonic Festival, The House Project, Santo Perdido, The Box, Funky Club, Compartiendo line-ups como  Sub Ann, Bernat, Dani Cassarano, John Dimas, Momo Trossman, Flo Masse, Sampol, Ethel, Shaun Reeves por mencionar algunos. De esa manera se inspira a seguir la evolución de su sonido, explorando sus producciones musicales y su afinación por los discos compartiendo siempre la selección que la caracteriza.

Currently enjoying the Italian summer Peter LC usually resides in Berlin enjoying the city’s vibrancy. However, the artist’s music manages the balancing act of combining both the Mediterranean ease and partly the northern European melancholia, sometimes Peter fuses both in just one track, sometimes his EPs process into telling exactly this story, maybe his story, namely that of an artists, who's cut his own path. Thus far, Pietro’s - Peter LC’s real name - path has crossed with labels such as Small Great Things, Raw Soul, Discodelic Records and RVZ, a sub-label of Sakskøbing. With each release he’s establishing himself more as a respected artist within the scene contributing music, which not only scratches the surface but touches the heart of dancefloor it is played out. Surely, there will be more to Peter LC and his music in the future, but for the moment let’s hear the artist’s story about his way to electronic music-, respectively House Music-scene as well as future prospects on his artistic-being. Therefore, Peter also prepared the latest edition of the art:cast series.
