I like drinking tea alone, and reading alone. 
I like riding the train alone, and walking home alone. 
It gives me time to think, and set my mind free. 
I like eating alone, and listening to music alone. 
But when I see a mother
with her child, 
a girl
with her lover, 
or a friend laughing 
with their best friend, 
I realize that even though I like being alone, 
I don't fancy being lonely.

Don't get me wrong I love some alone time once a while (or maybe a little more than that). You can chill or watch something or listen to music or yeah just basically chill with yourself and your thoughts.
That's rad and stuff.
But I really hate when you don't want to be alone. Like at all. And you get that lonely feeling in the pit of your stomach somewhere.
It's weird. I don't know how to explain it.
But if just grows and transforms and you just start feeling really lonely.
And you can't get rid of it
And it can happen at like any time like you could be talking to friends or even WITH your friends...and then it just hits you. Bam, loneliness.
Like, I just want to be a part of more things people do
but feel wanted enough that social anxiety won't make me hate it
Cause when you get asked to be a part of something that you can tell people included you only so you wouldn't be left out
It freaking sucks.
They didn't really want you, but they didn't want to hurt your feelings.
I feel like such a whiner when I say hurt feelings.
And there's these Three people who are my best friends.
But I don't call them that cause what if they don't feel the same
and there's one who I want to be my most best friend
But I can't because they probably don't want to 
And idk about other people but honestly I start doubting why people even talk to me a lot of the times. So then I either close up and stop talking until the little ball of loneliness disappears and I come back.
Or I put on a smile and a laugh and push it to the back of my head where it festers and grows and literally nothing makes it go away. I become a mannequin, doing what I should do to look the part of feeling good and social.
And I know that sounds so cliche. I used to think so.
But really I'm not sure how else to put it. 
I don't know...I mean I talk to people a lot and honestly I feel like I have more friends now than I ever have.
But a lot of the times it feels like I'm the secondary friend. The one people go to when their other friends aren't available. 
And there's people I want to be deeper friends with, people I want to spend extra special time with. People I just want to be around all the time because I love their company and being near them.
I've got specific names in mind.
And I'm around them for a decent amount of time...But I don't want to bore them or make them tired of me.
My social media may indicate otherwise
But I feel disconnected.
My phone vibrates a lot
But it feels like people are just being polite by texting me back
And I know they're tired of me when they don't respond until the next day
and I freaking hate feeling like a freaking disappointment
So I fake it, put on a costume and act like a puppet to play the part everyone thinks I should.
So I become a mannequin.
I can't tell anyone this because then they definitely won't want to be my friend
cause all I'd become is a burden and someone who they'd constantly have to encourage
and I'd be that friend who always backs out of things cause they get worried at the last minute they aren't really wanted
cause of stupid dumb freaking anxiety
so I'll stick with who I am and wait for this loneliness to mend
if it ever even does

sorry about the long rant guys...idk just needed to get this off my chest but wanted to keep it kind of anonymous you know so that's why its on SC haha
Anyway this EP is done now, so I'll be heading back to more melodic dubsteppy stuff and less ambient now :)
