Mit seiner aktuellen EP „Sektdusche“ schließt der Berliner Produzent ACUD an sein „Verbrennungsmotor“-Release aus dem Jahr Jahr 2018 an. Erneut veröffentlicht er auf dem von ihm geführten Label „KELLER“. Im Titeltrack singt ACUD wie gewohnt wenige Zeilen, die mit Heiterkeit zur Ekstase treiben. So lebt auch der zweite Track „Bisaltez“ von einer enormen Energie bei erneut langsamen Tempo. ACUD’s „Sektdusche“ ist eine Ep, die nach vorne geht und weniger anschmiegsam sein möchte. Ergänzt werden die Originale mit zwei Remixes von MAX JONES und UNDO.

The Berlin producer ACUD follows up on its 2018 release of “Verbrennungsmotor” with its current EP “Sektdusche”. He is releasing again on the "KELLER" label he runs. As usual, ACUD sings a few lines that cheerfully drive the revelers to ecstasy. So the second track "Bisaltez" lives from enormous energy at again a slow tempo. ACUD's "Sektdusche" is an Ep whose songs go directly forward and want to be less cuddly. The originals are supplemented with two remixes by MAX JONES and UNDO.

This first release marks a milestone for the emerging producer bepo. 
There was a lot of pushing, turning and pulling before the EP "Alive & Afterlife" got its final polish, 
with upcoming remixes from new and old friends.

The first track "Alive" is an energetic reflection on the strong will to feel and experience, with a chugging synth and a typical dark disco drum set, framed by a spherical vocal. 
In contrast, the second track "Afterlife" deals with the thought of the impermanence of the flow that is life and when things come to an end. 
It consists of a strong bass lead and shiny eternal arps, again refined with an unexpected vocal. 
"Eternal Oblivion" ends the EP with a new and atheistic way of thinking, with a haunting atmosphere 
that will take you into the darkness.

This EP is heavily influenced by new beat and dark disco and house, but with a refreshingly new take on the slower side of life.

Three years after Reno Wurzbacher’s entry into the series, Cook Strummer now offers up his own Berlin Gets Physical, a collection of all-new and exclusive tracks.

This collection will come to life not only digitally but also as two different vinyl versions – one will be available publicly, and the other is a special edition produced together with the Belgian gallery Mazel Galerie. The cover art for it was designed by Lyon-based street artist Brusk and the original will be auctioned by the same gallery in Brussels.

Berlin-based, Belgium-born Strummer has been a Get Physical associate for several years. He has dropped various singles including the standout “Rising’ which also featured on the “Words Don't Come Easy” series, and always crafts the perfect mix of rhythm and melody with plenty of hints of his homeland's famous Cold Wave sound. He often uses his own voice, drum machines, synths, and guitars in his music, and since his debut album in 2018 on LOK Recordings, he has had high-profile support from the likes of Laurent Garnier, Adam Port, and Âme. This summer, he dropped “Atmosphere” on Obsolet Records, which proved another successful outing, and now Berlin Gets Physical finds him digging deep into the famous city's freshest and most essential House sounds across 15 well-sequenced tracks. Premiered here, the slo-mo exotic beast made with love and creativity by Air Horse One, the new project of Earl Grau and Werner B. aka Miami Motel. Filled with weirdness, the theme captivates both for its mellowness and complexity. Ethereal vocal hooks, rich percussive elements, and trippy synth leads set the mood of its journey.

This on-point collection is an authentic snapshot of the contemporary underground sound of Berlin.

Since 2012, a total of 55 releases have been made on the Berlin label KELLER. Acts like Aparde, Cinthie, Ben Böhmer, Kalipo, Powel, Acud, Parra For Cuva, Brigade, Rodion or Bongbeck have released on the label managed by Lasse Winkler aka Acud in the last 10 years. It was never too genre specific. Minimal, Melodic Techno, Downtempo, Indie Dance or Alternative Pop were discussed and celebrated among friends. The ten most successful tracks are now being re-released in one compilation.

"Schnabelgaul" is the name of ACUD's last single before the album's release in March. A homage to "our crooked scene" with a tart pinch of Dada. A drummer was brought in, always working the drumhead firmly with both mallets. Staccato sounds from old synthesizers also give the track the character typical of ACUD. The rustic bassline gives the straight singing its place. An impressive foretaste of the upcoming album, humorous but powerful! 
"Schnabelgaul" will be released digitally on January 20th, 2023 and on vinyl on March 3rd, 2023

A year on since the drop of their latest EP featuring Vincent Marlice, Berlin-based duo Acado reemerges on A Tribe Called Kotori with their anticipated new EP, 'Pathfinder'. True to their hedonistically all-embracing signature, meshing fragments of folk-infused techno and house, electro-acoustic bravura, Afro-funk-y swing and oriental mysticism, the pair shows off the width of their talents yet again. Soaked in a straight out balearic kind of ambience with its languid guitar riffs and coastal vibes pouring on a drip-tease flex, 'I Walk' melds a sense of Latin sensuality with a hi-tech feel to perfection, enticing us into a slo-burning dance around the bonfire. In the hands of Ausserdem und Ueberhaupt, the track reveals a further woozy affair at first, extrapolating the original's already dreamy character, then shifting gears and inoculating it with an extra dose of rugged machinic uproar and bassy horsepower for optimal floor-destroying effect. Recorded in collaboration with Hindustani folk singer Bawari Basanti, 'Payalia' bridges the gap between a surgical 4x4 engineering and traditional Indian music, framing Basanti's fervent vocals in a vivid and lush, cross-cultural electronic tableau, unfolding its sitar motifs and raucous bass moves with acute panache and haunting soulfulness.
