With this EP he provides two timeless originals, that blend the gap between disco, breakbeat, electronica, house and many more, topped off by a massive 80s inspired remix of the title track “Nights” by Robert Johnson resident and outstanding producer Chinaski.

As a kid of the 80s, Kay-Chi started an early musical journey influenced by John Carpenter’s Escape From New York. Years later, precisely this movie was the inspiration for the songs compiled on the „Brighter Shadows“ EP. While watching it again in his studio, he played along on his synthesizers and wrote new music, his very own music, for it. This has been an unfulfilled wish since his childhood that now came true with this great release.
