This was an official "Detroit Love" after party from ARC 2024.  The night featured DJ Holographic and Moodyman and Carl was smack dab in the middle. One of the hottest residencies in dance music during the late 90's was the Josh Wink and King Britt's seminal party entitled "The Womb" at Fluid Nightclub. The night started as an outlet for the Ovum co-founders as a residency on the last Wednesday of each month where they could play for they local fanbase an intimate setting as most weekends had them on the road.  Over time the duo invited friends to join them and it became "the party" you had to play whether you were a US artist or someone coming in from abroad. During the residency the likes of Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, DJ Sneak, and of course our brother Doc Martin joined the dynamic duo. We are happy to share with you this special evening from June of 1997 and Wink, Britt, and Doc took the Philly faithful on epic journey. Kick back and enjoy and please stay safe!

The Barcelona based DJ and producer's influence across the tech house and techno scene over the last 20 years is indisputable. 

His melodic masterpiece "Diabla", released in 2001 became a huge global hit and DJ Mag's 'techno record of the year'. Played by house, progressive, techno even trance DJs, its release saw the Scot’s career soar to new heights! 

Other hits "Jack Me Off," "Bad Coffee”, "Emotional Content", remixes for Underworld, New Order, and Laurent Garnier, plus releases for Bedrock, Drumcode, and All Day I Dream, are just a mere snapshot of his discography. 

Seminal mix compilations for Balance Series, Soma's Sci-Fi Hi-Fi, and Cocoon followed, further cementing his place in dance music history. 

Still not content with conquering techno, Sandberg was mystery figure behind “Francois Dubois”, with releases such "Blood" and "I Try" named as a big influence for Darius Syrossian, plus many other leading tech house DJs of his generation.
