This week, we’re proud to welcome Art Bei Ton resident DJ and Ambient Sleepers creator, Hypnotic Black Magic to our podcast series.

Dancin’ feet at the ready, people. This is without a doubt a mix inspired by the magic of the dancefloor – the energy and good vibrations created by the music and music heads, locked in in a mystical moment of total connection and bliss.

As an artist, Hypnotic Black Magic focuses on creating “musical journeys oscillating between dark and bright energies. Inspired by ritualistic music, atmospheric ambient and hypnotic techno, she offers through her sets an exploration of obscure, meditative and sensual emotions.”

Spanish producer and dj Dario Duegra lives in Barcelona. 
He is the Founder of the music concept ”NODE” which encompasses an event brand and record label. 
Music-wise, he is characterized for his love for wrapping, continuous, hypnotic and mental techno, as shown in his sets at a wide range of parties in Spain and outside his country in the UK, Germany or Finland.

His first release, "Traum”, come out on Steve Parker´s MUTED label in the "Wave Textures : øne" compilation. In 2020 he created his own imprint, NODE Recordings, with three more tracks, also released a single on Postdynamic, Cliche Morph´s label.

The Alchemical Theory project was born in 2018 from the creative union of three italian producers. The identity of the project has been very influenced by the favorite sounds of the three artists, ranging from modular electronic sounds to much more atmospheric sounds. This project also comes from the love of mysticism, alchemy and nature. In each release they want to represent something that affects the listener's mind, reproducing a real mental journey.

Spending the first part of his musical journey playing local underground clubs and afters in southern Brazil,Cauê made himself a name first and foremost as a talented DJ in the brazilian underground scene. After moving to London he soon formed an unshakeable bond with vinyls and started his first steps into producing music, falling more and more deeply into his devotion to create transformative hypnotic journeys to alter states of mind. Fast-forward 10 years and he's making a solid name for himself in the local London scene, and has released his debut EP on none other than Affin Records, followed by releases on labels like Circular Limited and KVLTO records, presenting a sound with deep foundations and atmospheres with a great driving direct to the dance floor.

It’s with utmost pleasure we’re buckling up 2022 and shooting straight into 2023 with a powerful, atmospheric set thanks to Alexskyspirit’s contribution. Please make a due welcome to the greek (borned/raised in Patras) producer/Dj, also co-owner of the young @Khoros-label.

Alexskyspirit delivers a mix built on deep/dark bits together with newer tracks as well as exclusive, unreleased material. The result is ...moody AF, oscillating between a well-known dark-building-block (LN or Berlin-like), as much it kicks you into the midst of a white, powdery snowy mountainscape under starry Nightskies. It's the contrast, the thumping-red-thread (sometimes almost gloomy) that reveals Alexskyspirit's peculiarity. The journey embarks us in memories of both sweaty crowds, strobes and hypnotic states, somewhere between reality and dreams. Respites are given to calm the mind before kicks & basslines bring you right back in line. Cinematographic, ravey, a sense of mystery mixed are all in favor of a cathartic trip. PRIOR ACT #053 — Alexskyspirit [Khôros Records]

@johnplazamusic is a Chilean artist, recently established in Barcelona, owner of @linderluftrecords. His sound is characterized by minimalist percussions, continuous atmospheres, breakbeat rhythms and a search for mental travel and movement. Since he started with productions he has released music on labels such as @dosis-records, @furthersessions, @bahnbarcelona, @ancestral-process, @postdynamicrecords, @nferee, @spacetextures, @diffusereality, Obscure Sorrow and @aridorecordslabel.

@bahnbarcelona is a techno collective founded in 2017, organizers of events that combines an exclusive selection of international and national/local artists from the hypnotic techno scene. In the early 2020 they founded BAHN· Records, collective's record label releasing in physical & digital formats, and always illustrating what is the music concept of BAHN·. 

John visited Lolita alongside the Italian deep techno legend @luigitozzi and @absismusic at the BAHN·'s 5th anniversary last January.

As resident of the Rotterdam collective and organization Embodiment, he aims to spread this vision and sculpt the perfect club experience, brought by established names and rising talent.
