Sunday July 31 2022 I was given the chance to be on air for an hour set on Vía De Acceso (@viadeacceso) at Lumbung Radio (https://lumbungradio.stationofcommons.org). I sincerely thank my friends Çois Agver (@ois-agver) and Jorge Lara (@enternetboy) for offering me this great opportunity of a full hour show.
I really didn't expect that, so I tried to make the set more exciting by sending them a few unreleased tracks, dating from 1999 to 2005, I had found after an accurate search on my hard disks. I had never considered releasing any of them before, and I personally think they mostly have a documentary value, as they represent memories of my own learning process in making music on a computer. They actually might be thought of as unfinished works, each one somehow resulting incomplete under a different perspective. Still I thought it was a nice chance to introduce a bit of Teth Sin's musical roots to friends, fans and listeners.
A noticeable exception is represented by this ambient piece I had called "Semiramis" at the time, which I actually consider as complete. A few minutes before writing these lines I found out that it dates back to 2002, not 2004 as I thought in the first place. No wonder I have not much to say about the concept, since I can hardly remember when I did it. But it certainly had to be a kind of a meditation on Semiramis' tragic destiny, no matter which of the numerous traditions about her legend we decide to accept as "true". Her figure is mysterious and ephemeral to such a point that she didn't even deserve a plain condemnation by mankind. It somehow sounded tragic to my ears, so I tried to create a sonic sculpture of such an uncomfortable condition.
During the broadcast I heard Çois stating that the track should be officially released. I'm currently working on a few titles after a period of decreased activity, due to some major issues I've been going through lately, but none of them is ready... So I happily accepted Çois' tip, releasing this good old tune today... In wait of something new coming [hopefully] soon!

'Armachairon' is a Jazz Fusion track.........We have no doubt all heard of the expression 'Armageddon', well this is 'Armachairon' and is my personal strange sense of humour. As we probably all spend far too long sitting in/on CHAIRS, and probably all moan at some point about a sore or stiff back, well this is 'Armachairon' My teacher used to say that the only good thing that the back of a chair was useful for was hanging your jacket on. How right he was.
However the track itself is shared by myself and the inimitable Mr Georg Boehme. Georg being responsible for all Wind arrangements and Wind solos.The overall arrangement and all other instruments are by me, including production.

All the sounds in this piece of Music are created with only a Fender Telecaster Guitar thru a Fender Reverb Tube Amp & a Kawai ES7 Stage Piano.                                                                                                                 
We recorded the improvisation through a Stereo ZOOM Microphone, the Cheapest function rich portable mic available. I MiXed it later in my Home Studio to bring out the fullness of what we heard as we were creating it.

Guitarist Tim Elliot and i are Really thrilled and delighted to offer you this music...   It's our first Track as the Band _  Shekinah Fire * which will now be the vehicle for all of our future Improvisational Creations.

Explanation:  Emerging from a Cosmic Egg, the star in the center of the Egg Nebula is casting away shells of gas and dust as it slowly transforms itself into a White Dwarf Star.  Indeed... the Egg Nebula is a rapidly evolving pre- planetary nebula spanning about one light year. It lies some 3,000 light-years away toward the northern constellation Cygnus. Thick dust blocks the center star from view, while the dust shells farther out reflect light from this star. Light vibrating in the plane defined by each dust grain, the central star, and the observer is preferentially reflected, causing an effect known as polarization. Measuring the orientation of the polarized light for the Egg Nebula gives clues to location of the hidden source. Taken by Hubble's Advanced Camera for Surveys in 2002, this image is rendered in artificial "Easter-Egg" colors coded to highlight the orientation of polarization.

"This is a song that began as a bass line I came up with on my four string fretless over a looper. I shared it with Ken (K2 and the Three [and Four], Stephen (Tex Mex Shaman), and Tez (Llanpsych) through BandLan, which we're all on. Ken came up with some perfect drums, as always, to prop up the whole thing. Tez added some killer guitar solos, which you can hear more towards the end, with the ripping tone. Stephen then came in and added the talk box guitar and wah guitar that you hear playing the hook more towards the beginning. It's my first song ever featuring a talk box, and I'm amazed with the part he came up with. It's a major line against my minor bass line. I love how it sounds! Stephen also was kind enough to mix the beast for us, which turned out to be a herculean task. But he was up to it, and a fine job he did, too. It was an honor and a pleasure to work with these guys. There's no doubt about it, Music animates my Soul, and as an enthusiastic student of Life as well as a passionate Improvisational Pianist &  Composer, as far as I'm concerned, our lives would be impoverished without it ! :)  Composing is all about 'Sharing the Joy, Passion and Angst' we experience in Life, as well as connecting with Musicians and 'Creatives' worldwide. This makes it even more wonderful!  That willingness to engage in whatever way makes SC an ever-expanding Movable Feast that nourishes and inspires on so many levels. 

Music Communicates the Emotional and Informational Content and Context of Heart, Mind, Spirit, and Soul. And 'Letting it Flow' is 'Where Its At' as I hear it!  

Over the past few years since becoming part of the SoundCloud Family, my 'Joy in and Passion for' Creative Musical Expression has increased exponentially as has my appreciation of all the wonderfully passionate Musicians and Creatives worldwide who have devoted themselves to Letting It Take Form! 

Here's a bit of a bio, if anyone is interested.  

Somehow, my MUSE got my attention at a tender age. About the time I was completing my Royal Conservatory training. 

My memory being poorer than most, I began improvising in the passages I had forgotten. And while the audience seemed unaware, my teacher chastised me indulgently, saying, "it appears I have a budding composer on my hands"!  And thus began my Odyssey into the wonderful Vibrational world of Sound!:-) In-deed, I have been an ardent, attentive and appreciative acolyte of my Muse ever since. 

During the early 1970s I had the pleasure and honour of a three year friendship and Master Class with the then Octogenarian Composer Manoah Leide-Tedesco , one of Tone Poem giant Richard Strauss` favorite pupils and friend of Maurice Ravel and other 20th century composers such as Stravinsky (whose music he helped popularize). Since then, whether Improvising, listening, studying composition or devoting myself wholly to the visual arts for years at a time, I have been deeply aware that sharing my musical insights , teaching, and or mentoring young aficionados came with the territory!   I love it, although I am afraid that as my consciousness expands...that I know less and less each year! :-)  

The Tonal Oasis called SoundCloud is a fine and wondrous place in oh so many ways.  And with your support and appreciation, I de-Light to share my music with an ever widening audience. I call what i upload ' Sound-Seeds'.  Most of these 'bed tracks' call out to be fleshed out by passionate soloists who somehow Resonate with my Soundz and Ideas.  So please drop me a line, as i am most interested in letting them bear more fruit through collaboration, interpretation, re-mixing or use in other media.    

And on a personal Note, a Huge Thank-You to each and all who listen, inJoy, and Re-Post onwards what finds it's way thru me! :) Bless y'all.
