Damion ‘Damo’ Houchen, aka Genix, presents new remixes of ‘Until I Find You’ (with JVMIE), lifted from his debut artist album ‘199X’.

‘199X’ is a departure from the sound that Damo is best known for. Through the late 2000s and 2010s, he caught the ear of Armin van Buuren and Paul van Dyk with his textured, melodic take on trance. He secured releases on both Armada and Vandit, before arriving on Anjunabeats in 2010.

This latest remix package contains two new Balearic edits from Damo, as well as a rework from Anjunabeats Rising graduates Alex Sonata & TheRio.

Alex Sonata & TheRio will be familiar to dance fans through their output on Enhanced and Armada Music. The duo have been collaborating since 2018, garnering praise from the likes of Gareth Emery, Cosmic Gate and Armin Van Buuren. After many collaborations, the Scottish/Italian pairing decided to make it official in 2020, and Alex Sonata & TheRio was born. 

Following appearances at the official Group Therapy 450 warm up and afterparties, Alex Sonata & TheRio will be joining Genix, Oliver Smith, Naz, Amy Wiles and Stephen Kirkwood at London’s Night Tales this February.

Myon and Alissa Feudo reunite on ‘Moon’, their downtempo new single on Anjunabeats.

Mario Egeto, aka Myon, has been in our orbit for many years. He’s been responsible for some of the finest vocal anthems in the Anjunabeats archive, including a series of singles from frequent collaborator Alissa Feudo: ‘Omen In The Rain’, ‘Perfect Ghost’ and ‘The Darkest Light’. ‘Moon’ is their latest single together, and explores a new side to Mario’s production talents.

Alongside Mario’s original output, he’s contributed many incredible remixes to Anjunabeats over the years. Myon and Shane 54’s rework of Velvetine’s ‘The Great Divide’ was played by Above & Beyond at their ABGT400 celebrations, reaffirming its treasured place in our discography.

Having shared the decks with everyone from Cubicolor to Martin Roth, and having a debut EP on Bedrock earlier this year, Canada's juSt b is swiftly becoming a name too hard to ignore. Her debut release on Balance delivers an exceptionally cerebral track that will sit flush in many sets. Also featured are four quality remixes that take in everything from deep techno, to breaks and more…

The deep beat on 'Light Sweeper' is undeniable with its mysterious energy. Glacial synths sweep the top end while being punctured by pondering piano stabs. There is bipolar nature to the production: warm and enveloping in the lows yet cold and wintry in the highs. It's a steady rhythm intent on intoxicating you.

The @audioglider remix reconstitutes the original into a thick, almost Amen breaks like direction. The synths are blown up to an optimal size and layered into a melodic sequence, keeping the original mystery. The breakdown is progressive house bliss, melancholy without being saccharine, before crashing back into the rhythm with added vocal by juSt b and soaring strings.

@jameswelsh's deep techno take is filled with percolating percussive hits and melodic arps weaving in and out of each other with total abandon. Featuring a considerably bigger kick, this is one to kickstart the main room.

The @mattrmusic remix starts off minimal with a deep meta physical engine, a hulking rhythm that slowly moves forward. Two separate breakdowns introduce a rising melody soaked in emotion, and the latter explodes into a 4/4 pattern that will sound divine on a dusty festival dancefloor.

If you're after the perfect opening track, look no further than the elegant remix from @ev3rsun. With its delightful opening 2 minute sequence, it is one part ambient and one part secret waiting to be told. It breaks into a gentle rhythm that sets the mood for what's to follow.

Kiz Pattison has teamed up with the vocal talents of Asyn, on his first solo release with us. Come A Bit Closer, is a stripped back progressive journey! Pattison has purposefully made Asyn’s airy vocal the star of the show. With added trademark effects running throughout, we think that Come A Bit Closer is Pattison’s best work to date.

With releases on Renaissance, Balance, and many other respected imprints. Mattr has gained much respect with his progressive breaks sound. His remix provides a balance between day time parties, to sunrise settings, rounding off another fantastic release that we are very proud of.
