Eight (Progressive Metal WIP)


The Leak

Wisdom and balance exude from the ground 
and the sky appears so clear 
There is a presence so safe and sound 
Not a single breath of wind reveals the fear...
...of losing it all ...the constant, the confiding

All the ghosts fall still, as we count aloud to the end
A tremor stirs — an echo creeping through the void,
tearing the silence with whispers not meant to be heard.

Change will destroy ways leading us back

See how fortune has blessed 
this holy land
build with honest hands
on gods demand
But there is this feeling that trembles my bones
Something is stirring the stones and
light fades away
ways lead astray
and all the eyes of the whole world will see my feet of clay.

Sky collapsed beneath the noise
rattling every voice
pleading for a world that leaves us a choice

I just took both tones from the first test and played them at the same time. Sounds pretty beefy. Not looking forward to quad tracking though :(
