Gli YOUR SHINE sono 4 ragazzi, cresciuti con gli anni '90 nelle orecchie e Seattle nel cuore che, affascinati dal modern rock americano e dalla freschezza dell'indie, nel 2008 decidono di dar vita alla band. 

Nel 2009 pubblicano "Seems so far", il loro primo EP, co-prodotto da Pianozero, che viene fin da subito apprezzato dalla critica e dal pubblico, e permette loro di esibirsi sui più interessanti palchi del Nordest. 

a Giugno 2012, pubblicano il loro primo video ufficiale "Gracy" in collaborazione con www.ntnphotolab.com . il singolo anticipa l'uscita del loro album di debutto "Turn", prevista per Luglio dello stesso anno, mentre la loro prolifica necessità di comporre, li proietta già al futuro, con la produzione di molti nuovi brani che sperimentano sonorità più mature ed elaborate.

U.V. Waves is an original rock and roll, rhythm and blues, country and folk, soul, funk and reggae review jam band that considers itself a tight song oriented band with meaningful lyrics and tight harmonies who approaches live shows in a way that combines a little bit of Grateful Dead, Phish and the Allman Brothers with a hint of the activism of U2, Springsteen and Peter Gabriel.  We believe songs are created in a room and are organic entities waiting to engage the world.  They do this through live performances and they are approached in the moment, meant to be stretched, distorted, lengthened or shortened and will vary in intensity and or dynamics depending on the energy in the room, the world and the singer at the moment it is performed.  
    We bow down to the pillars of rock and roll with all it's branches, the Chuck Berry's and Buddy Holly's, the Beatles, Stones and Kinks, Muddy and Buddy and Robert Johnson, Johnny Cash, Waylon and Willie, Hendrix and Cream and Zep, The Dead and The Doors and the Airplane, the Neil Young's the Tom Wait's and the Leonard Cohens, The Ramones, The Clash and The Sex Pistols,  Iggy, Bowie and Mr Reed, The Talking Heads and Peter Gabriel and the Devos....
      Toots, and Marley and Jimmy Cliff, Woody and Hank and Dylan,  DYLAN, Springsteen and Petty, JOHN LENNON, the Steely Dan's and RUSH!, the monsters of metal like Sabbath, Maiden, Priest and Metallica, REM and The Pixies and the Stone Roses, U2 U2 and U2!!!!, Pearl Jam and Nirvana, the Green Days and Weezers and Sublime and the Peppers, Jack White and the Black Keys....WEEN!!!!!, PINK!!!!!! and Janis, Radiohead and Arcade Fire.  We are U.V. Waves...which stands for Ultraviolet Waves... Ultraviolet being rays of light that are not visible to the human eye.  Waves being the sounds and energy vibrations we seek to bring into the room.  We Love Music because like the Byrds song says, it provides the soundtrack you need to score the film of the human condition.  There is a time to cry due to the pain and desperation,  to scream in thoughts of anger and frustration, to reflect in quiet meditation, to fly with the sense of personal liberation and to exult and dance in a frenzy of joy and celebration.  We are hoping we can provide all of those opportunities in one performance, like the Dead, U2 Arcade Fire or any other great live band will do on any given night.   You my friends, are welcome to join us.  Everyone is welcome...whatever your color, sexual orientation or religious/political views.  We stand for joy, emotional expression, liberation, freedom, personal power and the belief that the individual can accomplish anything if he calls on his spirit and will, does it in accordance with principles and moral law, which will always hang above the world of man and represents the law of what it right and wrong.  We believe there are things that are larger than us, that can't be explained.  We believe if you do something with love and passion the Universe will send great forces to aid you in your mission.  We also believe and recognize that the world is filled with unexplainable phenomena and mystery.
     For example, the magic and power and energy that four childhood friends from Dublin create when they step into a room or a stage and collaborate and create together.  They conjure magic and power and are so much more than the sum of their parts.  They are four individuals who come together and create something awe astounding, an energy and liberation through words and music.  They are powerful soul changing sorcerers!   We are U.V. Waves...this is who and what we are and we bow down to all of the masters who have come before us, and will undoubtedly come after us.  We do it out of honor with a sense of humility and gratitude for the music they have provided.  Who and what are you?  It does not matter...you are invited to the party no matter what your answer!

I Lavinia sono un gruppo musicale rock fondato dai musicisti Roberto Visentin e Luca Donazzan. Il loro nome deriva dalla principessa italica Lavinia e simboleggia il desiderio di un ritorno all'essenzialità e alla semplicità della musica. Tutto inizia nell'aprile 2011 quando Roberto Visentin e Luca Donazzan uscenti da un progetto di fama nazionale, mossi dal desiderio di abbracciare nuovi tipi di sonorità incontrano Alessandro Michelazzo e Riccardo Michelazzo anch'essi musicisti in cerca di nuovi stimoli musicali.
Nel luglio 2012 i Lavinia, con l'uscita di Riccardo, assoldano nella formazione il chitarrista Marco Perlini.

Growing up in the 80's I didn't really have much interest in music at all which was pretty much the case up until the early to mid 90's when I first heard Supersonic and was blown away by the Gallagher brothers.

My musical influences all stem from Oasis really. Obviously there's the Beatles association and the other Britpop bands but I also discovered the madchester era bands - stone roses, happy mondays, inspiral carpets to a lesser degree - and from there joy division / new order and the smiths.

From the beatles I got into the stones and the other guitar bands of the time and then my cd collection has just continued growing with anything guitar based from Clapton,Led Zeppelin, The Who to Guns n Roses, Motley Crue, Kiss and Limp Bizkit, Korn, Deftones to the Clash, AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd and anything in between.

Prefer the bluesy output of a Les Paul to the trebly twang of a Strat.
